I don’t typically write reviews but today I ordered an iced coffee w/ almond milk, and I received an iced coffee with cream. I am lactose intolerant. Second, I try to order food & the girl at the window said ‘they’re not making food bc they’re short staffed.’ As someone who has worked in customer service, I’d be on a line by myself making multiple orders. Who made that executive decision? Maybe they should’ve let you know before placing an order.

There is guy that works there he’s about 20 years old and he is so disrespectful to females. He always talking about slapping them or calling them out of their names. But when the young lady speaks up for herself and sends that threat back, guess who gets reprimanded? HER and guess who is protecting him? Females.

This Dunkin can be a hit or miss. A lot of the time the coffee is nasty and has to be remade. Haven’t had an issue with food yet, the wake up wraps are always good.

Before 10 am and the store is already dirty. I’m wondering if they swept and cleaned the previous night. Their booth seats are ripped up. Not the best atmosphere for eating in. I see we have all forgotten the lessons the pandemic taught us regarding cleanliness.

About a year old open shop, it’s layout is different from other Dunkin’s. Not a huge seating area but I usually am just passing through. Courteous staff and food wait was fast.

I ordered a butter pecan iced latte and was given a French vanilla iced coffee. Great customer service. However, listening skills suck. This is the first time I’m very disappointed. It’s too sweet waste of money!!!!! Secondly I have called 4x to male this right and no answer yet.

Ordered 3 Large hot coffees with sugar and cream. To our disappointment the coffee had no sugar and tasted nasty. The girl that made the coffee was on her phone. We usually visit this location but we had to drive to Nashville to get more. Please make coffee drinkers happy when making their coffee.
