I have never had a better experience, better food or atmosphere than when I attend the Hill, which is very frequent. The staff is very friendly, always saying “hello”, the food is served quick and is beyond amazing and I love the jazz music and ambiance that the Hill offers. The price is amazing for the great quality that we ALWAYS receive. Thank you for always being consistent.

College friends celebrating 52 years of friendship and kicking off the holiday season had lunch at The Hill today. Everything was perfect! The food was delicious and we tried almost everything on the weekend lunch menu! Our server, Christy, was fantastic! The relaxed atmosphere was perfect to enjoy a relaxing meal but also for conversation. The Hill is now at the top of our list for the ideal place to meet. And, we’ve been lots of places in 52 years! We ordered two salads — that’s it — and waited about 45 minutes for them to arrive. When they finally did, the Caesar was missing basic ingredients (no croutons), and the Autumn salad had no cheese. No apology, no acknowledgment. To make things worse, there was a long blonde hair in my salad. Again, no apology — just attitude from the manager, Davery, who chose to correct me for saying we waited “a proverbial hour” instead of showing any concern or accountability. Music is super depressing – maybe change of Spotify playlist would help.
The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because of Jamie, who was awesome. He was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make up for what the rest of the team completely missed. Jamie deserves 5 stars — the rest of the experience, unfortunately, does not.

We visited to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was amazing, the food, service and atmosphere. Victoria, our sever was great! She was attentive, friendly, offered suggestions and let us relax and enjoy our dinner. It was a nice change for the dinner we had the night before when we took our daughter out for her birthday at a comparably restaurant in Fayetteville.
We even got a card from the host that the staffed had signed! Such a great touch. It is wonderful to find places that still have amazing service, great food and go the extra mile to make an impression.

Who doesn’t love a nice afternoon in Serenbe? The food here is excellent. I have visited three times and it’s always excellent. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all very casual, yet upscale, and elegant. We ordered the steak and salmon salad, preceded by the deviled eggs and the veal meatballs. Every single dish was delicious, well-prepared, and presented. We also got the bread service and overindulged in their warm yeast rolls. I can still taste every bite as I write this review. I highly recommend a visit to The Hill. Reservations are a must!

Our server (I think her name was Christine?) was wonderful — very positive energy and super attentive. She really made the experience pleasant.
The food was okay overall, but the burger I ordered was extremely salty, almost inedible. Hopefully just a one-time kitchen issue because the service definitely deserves recognition.

Wanted to give 5 stars as their pics & reviews are great. We got there after brunch close to 3pm. And they were serving a limited menu. We should’ve left because the limited menu isn’t close to what we wanted on the dinner menu. I feel if we would’ve come to dinner we would’ve gotten the choices we wanted. We stayed and ordered wine, wedge salad and wings. The salad was basic so I added onions. The honey vinaigrette was delicious. Iceberg lettuce is nothingness. The salad still tasted well just didn’t love the value/selection. Wings flavors didn’t pop. Honey garlic was ok but sweet & spicy weren’t sweet or spicy. A bit pricey for what we got but we plan to come back for dinner to update this review. Restrooms very nice/clean.

I’ve been to Serenbe before but never tried this restaurant. When I first walked in, I was greeted, and the decor was nice. The entire ambiance was set for an enjoyable evening if you were planning to stay and eat. I ended up getting take out, and I really loved that they knew who I was before I even said anything about coming to pick up my order! They addressed me by name before handing me over the bill to sign! Excellent customer service.
I ordered the deviled eggs, salad with champagne dressing, grilled salmon, collard greens, and horseradish mashed potatoes. As the ingredients come from the farm, you could taste how fresh everything was! However, I found the deviled eggs had too much mustard in them, and the champagne dressing had too much acid for my tasting. If these 2 components were minimized, both of these dishes would have been perfect. I thought the salmon was cooked perfectly, but I wanted it rare and was expecting more of this to show in the meat. I felt it was cooked medium or medium rare, so this was my only ding. Other than that, the texture and seasoning were excellent! The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the collards were good but not put your foot in them good. There were a few items I wanted to try that weren’t available for takeout, so I will definitely stay and eat next time so I can try them. You won’t be disappointed with your meal but for the full experience, I would suggest eating on site.

We had a lovely time here. The Mood Indigo cocktail was so pretty & a total chef’s kiss. The chicken dish & Italian pie were packed with flavors. We ended our meal with the sticky toffee pudding – so yum!

Service was great, the food, not so much. Two dishes were heavily over-salted and one steak was medium when ordered medium rare. If you’re going to offer high-quality food and atmosphere with the price to match, deliver on all fronts. In addition to waiting quite a while for our food and not receiving what was ordered, the solution offered was to take half off the steak. . .unacceptable!. You should serve the patron what they ordered and paid for. Simply because the kitchen was backed up is not a reason to withhold what your customer ordered. Very disappointing!
