I order bacon cheese tater tots with my pizza tonight. They arrived SO burnt that you could smell the burnt smell when you picked up the box. I called the location on Hwy 42 and told the guy that answered that I had a problem and I asked for the manager. The guy told me he was the manager but they just changed shifts and he was short handed, so he had to put me on hold. He never came back to the phone. I left my phone on speaker for 30 mins and he never came back. I filed a claim online, but if this was a manager- he does not need to be in the at position. If it wasn’t a manager, then no one ever picked up the phone on hold to see what I needed. I called back and got him on the phone – Manager Lindon and he was rude and yelled that he had a counter full and had 2 on hold in front of me. I will be reporting him to corporate. All he needed to do was come back on the phone and offer to take care of this mess.

I placed my order online for the New York style Philly steak with onions and white Alfredo sauce. It was ready in minutes…the pizza was perfectly cooked and very delicious. Perfect crust and sauce. I only go to this domino’s it’s the best.

The pizza crust was not cooked throughly at all. It was horrible. I never ate a soft gooey pizza crust. Even putting it in the oven after 10 mins still no justification. The wings seemed not cooked all the way. Not sure what kind a pizza crust and wings this was.. ended up throwing it in the trash because it was not up to my standards.

I’ve ordered from this store for years. Last four times, four disasters.
1 – delivery took an hour and forty minutes. The driver had gone to the wrong address, he said.
2 – the order was never delivered, though an hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered, the app said ‘order complete’. Store said the driver went to the wrong address and then just brought the pizza back to the store.
3 – one of the two pizza I ordered had absolutely no sauce and was missing the chicken.
4 – one of the pizzas had no visible toppings. This was a pick up and I went into the store to show them. They argued that the toppings were under the very thin layer of cheese – although they couldn’t point them out. They seemed to think it was humorous. I gave up arguing with them.
What an utter disaster this place is. Never again.

I order from this dominos and they have horrible delivery drivers. They took a while 1 hr and a half and food was very cold. I called to ask team member where is my food and why is it taking so long. Team memeber had a attitude and has horrible customer service. Don’t order from the place.

The pizza was the worst soggy and not fresh. It had a after taste. It wasn’t done. The sauce was floating around. I want figure out to post the picture I took. They use to be the best and one point. It has been some time since I’ve ordered from here. Never and I mean never again. Hire someone who knows how to make a pizza and knows wither its done or not. What a waste.

Horrible customer service I got home and realized my pizza was piled with a yellow sauce what it looked like so I took it back the guy was so rude and didn’t want to re make it. The definition of disappointment. The delivery driver was nice. This pizza was not done, it was very doughy and a pure mess…I even put a piece in the dog bowl..he didnt even touch it. If we cant order at a certain time online the franchise knows how to disable the deliver feature…so there is no excuse on the way the pizza was presented. It’s like the employees did not care.
