The server was very nice and friendly when entering the building I had to wait at the door entrance I say a good 10 minutes then I walk to the front and found a person he told me to have a seat wherever I liked The only issue I have is it’s very dirty nothing’s cleaned The bathroom wall is about to fall off The toilet the sink are very disgusting haven’t been cleaned in months when going to dry your hands the water from the sink sprays all over you because the hand dryer is right above the sink so you’re getting everybody’s germs all over your body I guess they don’t teach the employees hygiene there they don’t tell them they have to clean One more thing I forgot The fireplace doesn’t have any cover over the fire so anybody can touch it like a child also there should be a kids menu for them to draw and color on and I think it’s kind of ridiculous that you charge a child $8 for a grilled cheese

Had a great experince and will be coming here again. Awesome food, had chicken enchiladas with red chili, chips, sopapillas and margaritas. Staff had prefect timing and were taking care of us.
We had a group of 10 people on a Saturday and were seated within 15-20, the restruant is a little small but I thought that made it seem a little more comfy and inviting.
Our entire group really enjoyed our time there thanks to the staff and the amazing food and atmosphere. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I am a native New Mexican. I’ve cooked recipes and visited many restaurants in Albuquerque and all over New Mexico. The only food I enjoyed was the delicious chips and salsa! The beans on my nachos didn’t have flavor. The Guacamole was not fresh, you could see the discoloration. The Friday special, fish tacos was mostly batter, very little cod. Served on warmed corn tortillas. Cabbage slaw on the side, but no dressing, just cut up cabbage. Fries and fish were over cooked. We were celebrating with friends. So did not send anything back as not to frown on our visit. Service was very good out server was very attentive and provided extra chips for us to bring home.

Wife and I decided to have a date this weekend and chose this place. The food was really good and the service was excellent. I ordered the red chili chicken enchiladas and she ordered the green. We also got the banana daiquiri which was also good. It was a nice day to be eating outside and I highly recommend this place. At the end you get a nice sopapilla with some honey. Great spot 5 stars from me.

Went with my wife before a show and she was smiling through it all. I got the green chili chicken enchiladas with beans and papa’s and the wife got a green chili burger and we were both giving thumbs up. Wife got a Micheloda and she was pleased. Great staff helped right away. Atmosphere is a vibe. Indoor or outdoor seating.

Excellent spot! I was already familiar with the original location on Harvard, but this place was perfect for taking an out-of-town client. We sat by the fireplace which was great! They have an ample parking lot.

Food was great! Beer selection was alright.

Sopapillias were fantastic as always!

Ordered online two green chile chicken enchiladas dinners. Got one maybe child’s enchilada with a small amount of green chile on the side for some reason and then another plate with two corn tortillas with cheese and red chile. How is this $40?! The last time I ordered from this place online I got there and they were closed that day yet their system took my payment. Totally recommend avoiding this establishment. The photo is of their supposed famous green chile chicken enchiladas which is the size of one chicken taco and they charge $17!!!! It literally was one corn tortilla with chicken on top!! $17!!

After trying to eat this boiled chicken on a cold corn tortilla I will tell you they add jalapeño juice to their green chile to give it more kick but it just makes it taste like a jalapeño. Yuppy establishment for people that like boiled meat. I want a refund please as you clearly messed up my order. I’m not sure if what I got was the famous chicken enchiladas?

After reading other reviews it seems the tiny portions is a thing if you get take out. Total rip off.

Used to be better. Portion sizes have shrunk while prices have skyrocketed.
Service was respectable, but food was nothing to write home about. Not only were the portion sizes small, but it was all just meh.
Not worth going back again.
I do feel sorry for restaurants struggling with inflation. But if you can’t make it happen you are ultimately just another symptom and casualty of this epically failing city and state.
The reason a restaurant or any other business goes downhill is because everyone wants to pay less and at the same time earn more, for the obvious reasons. This is what happens in a failing economy. Maybe you all should vote for industry and prosperity versus Robinhood socialism which is leading to the people with money who would otherwise make investments, leaving the state. I’m going where they’re going. That’s where the good restaurants are.
Where capitalists do business with each other.

What happened? We used to love this place. We came in from out of town and are staying off Tramway and drove down to the north valley specifically to eat here. We were seated and sat for 10 minutes ( the wait staff ignored us) until my husband asked if the gal passing by would be our waitress. I ordered a specialty cocktail (14.00). It tasted similar to a gatorade with alcohol. My husband ordered the Chile rellenos and I ordered the Carne adovada burrito. The rellenos were uncooked and hard to cut , the breading soggy, and lacked sauce. The refried beans were meh and the papas were mushy and unseasoned (like boiled potatoes). My husband, who usually cleans his plate left half his meal. My carne avocado burrito was good. The meat was seasoned spicy, but found the refried beans and papas lacking. The sopapillas were very flat and greasy and definitely not “pillows”. We lived in ABQ for 10 years and know good New Mexican fare and this was definitely not it.
