What a ripoff. I walked up to the counter and asked the guy for a slice and a small coke. He acknowledged that and said it to the guy next to him. Kind of like that SNL skit with John Belushi.
So i figure my order is being prepared so i walk up to the register being run by a miserable woman in a fowl mood who’s having problems with the register. After awhile she finally looks at me. I say “Slice and a small coke”. The guy next to her says “No small coke only large” (again like the SNL sketch – no coke Pepsi) So i guessed i didn’t have much choice and i took it.
Then the cashier says “$10.50”
I say “For a coke and a slice? No thanks”
I put down the coke and walked away.
Walked over to Wendy’s and got a great inexpensive meal with great service.

My wife and sister in law came here on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 around 1:30PM ET. We waited for over ten minutes for service here and needed to repeat our order several times while watching others get their orders with little trouble. The staff here were overly rude and repeated “patience is key” multiple times while we asked what the status of our order was. I also asked for a root beer and was presented with an eyeball roll and another “patience is key” moment. I have three hungry young children and did not expect to deal with teenager attitude on top of this.
I added the date here to ensure the owner and manager know what shift this was. I typically enjoy Sbarro, so this was a major upset; hopefully something happens here to change things for the better.

The food itself was decent, but the staff at this location were overall pretty rude. From the start when we were looking at the selection they were very pushy for us to order, while it was only us at the counter. We only wanted 2 slices, a stromboli, and a drink. From what was advertised there was a combo with a slice stromboli and drink. But looking at the receipt all items were changed separately. They also told us that 2 bread sticks and a dip for them was “included”, but the receipt also shows we were charged for these. Looking at other reviews it appears that this is how they’re trained, and that this type of deception is standard practice for this location.

The old woman with the glasses that was there working tonight 12/27 around 7:00 pm is a horrible person. The way she treated the customer in front of me for asking a simple question was despicable. She was hollering at the workers and just acting a fool. On top of that the pizza was nasty.

I ordered 1 Large Pie with Mushroom+Spinach, what is got is Tomato+Spinach. I was in hurry, but he did not even give me the right pizza. I noticed it after I went home to Beacon, where i live, 90 miles away. This is absolutely ridiculous. I try calling them, but phone goes to message directly. Not right.. It may have been a mistake with the wrong delivery, but the taste was good, although it was not the pizza I ordered.

I simply wanted a Stromboli. I went up to the counter and tried to order one. The guy behind the counter went to grab the one I wanted to put in the oven. The guy behind him (he was young, slim, tall, bleach-blonde and acne-ridden) said to me “You want a slice?” I thought he was asking if I ONLY wanted a slice of pizza. I said “No, just a Stromboli, please.” Again, “You want a slice with it?” Again, I said “No, just a Stromboli.” The original guy said “There’s a combo if you get a slice.” I said “No, thank you.” The blonde guy was already acting if helping me was a huge inconvenience to him. The person I was with decided “I’ll take a slice of mushroom.” I said, “Oh, I guess it will be the combo then…” The original guy that was helping us turned towards the rude blonde guy and said “It will be a combo.” Blonde guy says back “No. It won’t. He said no, so no combo.” At that point I just decided to walk away. Don’t push food on me I don’t want. Don’t give an attitude to customers just so you can post about it on TikTok later. Don’t act surprised when people decide NOT to deal with you if you’re rude…

Worst service and rude work..Having us wait 8 minutes to cash out then when trying to pay. Card reader didn’t work guy was back trying to take more people orders and I shake my head, a new guy comes from the back and what you shaking your head for. I tell him whats going on and he acts like wants to fight..You don’t need to shake your head. Ok dude I’m good were not buying anything from here!

so today i had went and ordered 4 slices of peperoni pizza. I had ordered 3 slices originally until i was told by the staff if i order 4 slices i can get two drinks free. so i agreed not finding an issue with that… until i reached the register when i was charged for both drinks that were supposed to be free… when it came to the drinks my friend got a Pepsi and i asked for a starry. well they gave us two Pepsi’s. the guy i ordered from spoke hardly any English with an accent so thick i couldn’t understand him…

I recently tried the pizza from sbarro and I have mixed feelings about it. The pizza itself was decent, with a good balance of flavors and toppings. The crust was particularly noteworthy – it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. However, I found the price of $6 to be a bit steep for what was offered. While the pizza was enjoyable, I don’t think it justified the cost. There are other places where you can get similar quality pizza for a more reasonable price.
