One of our go-to places!
I love love love their croissants! It’s so fluffy, baked fresh and melts in your mouth. A great start to the meal.
We made sure to get their crispy chicken wrap, since it’s such a generous and delicious serving, and their fries are better than most. We tried their meatloaf and it was another great dish. It was so moist and flavorful, and the gravy was a nice touch. The red bean rice was also yummy and the green beans were perfect! Definitely a must try if you’ve never had Cheddars.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Cheddar’s. Food was great. I had the hamburger with fries, my son had the chicken strips with ribs. The place had a great atmosphere, wasn’t too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Our server, John was great!! He was very friendly and professional! Some servers I’ve encountered at other places seemed to not want to be there, but John seemed to really enjoy serving. He was very pleasant! The manager came to meet us, which rarely happens at most places. Manager was very pleasant! Lunch was very enjoyable!

The restaurant hasn’t changed in at least a decade and could use some upgrades but the food was actually really good. I got a vegetable plate and it was very satisfying. The broccoli was cooked and perfectly seasoned. The wait wasn’t too bad despite being the Sunday-after-church crowd.
Our server was very good despite an order mishap that was no fault of hers. I wish I remembered her name. The manager was kind enough to offer to make amends.

Chicken pot pie is THE BEST!
We were 9 people strong on a Friday night and maybe waited…5 mins for our table. Our server was so funny and warm, immediately put us at home. Wish I could go back tomorrow…but I gotta stop eating like this!!!

My family and I went to this location after viewing my fathers body at a nearby funeral home. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a cheddar. We were seated at a booth on the bar side and had been waiting over 15 minutes before we realized that no one had came to bring us menus and take our drink orders. However there was a young lady standing behind the bar area doing nothing. My sister said hello to get her attention. When she came over there was no smile, no sorry for the wait, just a frown on her face as if we interrupted her. She took our orders, my mom asked if we could have croissants and she said “yeah”. When she brought them out 6 or 7 minutes later they were extremely burnt underneath. My sister who was facing the bar waived her hand to get her attention and she acted as if she didn’t see her and never came back over there. So after a few minutes I took the platter of burnt rolls to the bar and politely asked if we came have some more, her response was “what”? So I repeated myself and she said “yeah”. We waited forever for our food and when it came out, mine wasn’t there, she said she’d return with it, but did not return for 12 minutes and all I had was a Philly. When it came out the cheese wasn’t fully melted, my mom’s pasta was dry and hard pasta on top as if it was place in an oven to heat up. As we were eating, a couple was seated at the booth next to ours, she immediately came over to take their drink orders, she smiled and had an actual personality, which means she treated us badly either because my sis had to call her over there after 15 minutes of waiting or because of our race, either we we will not be back. She only came over once to check on us, and only brought refills upon request. Horrible. Here is a picture of her watching TV at the bar as our cups were empty.

ROACHESSSS!!! I wish I was making this up ya’ll. Server took it back to the kitchen and the chef came out saying it was a “piece of dirty ash”. Be for real. Would have had more respect if they took accountability for what it really was. Servers were sweet though.

Wonderful customer service… In the food was delicious.. I had the New Orleans Pasta… It was delicious I think I’m gonna order this every time i come to Cheddar’s everything was fresh and hot… I recommend everyone who loves seafood and chicken to try this wonderful delicious New Orleans Pasta at Cheddar’s… U would be completely satisfied and full it’s so good all the way to last bite..

So initially, this review would’ve been a negative review, but an employee named Brent or Brett saved the experience. The restaurant was fairly late with the completion of my order and while I was waiting, he offered me a complimentary drink and even gave me a larger sized fry for the long wait. He definitely saved my experience here.

I’ve decided I’m done with Cheddar’s. When I walked in, the doors were visibly dirty with fingerprints everywhere. I know you don’t eat the doors, but it immediately made me question the overall cleanliness since so many people touch them. It was around 2pm so it was slow enough to grab some cleaning products and do a quick wipe down. Once inside, the restaurant smelled like a dirty cafeteria.
The host and waitress were very kind, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the food didn’t make up for the experience. My appetizer wasn’t served as hot as expected. The buttery croissants were overcooked, with the tops slightly burnt. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, and while it looked cooked, the texture was rubbery and bouncy almost undercooked. When I cut into the edges, those parts tasted fully done, which made the inconsistency even more concerning.
Overall, Cheddar’s feels like another Chili’s- poorly managed and lacking attention to quality. I still tipped well because the service was kind, but I won’t be returning.

It took a minute for the hostess to seat us as she was not at her station, she was in the back, and another person sat on a stool and said she will be back in a minute???
After being seated, 5 minutes later, the waiter shows up and says I will be with you in a minute. SMH. Finally, he shows up to take our drink order. We are ready to order and place our order. He brings my drink and then tells us he has no coke Zero. We had to change that?. 8 -10 minutes later, he came over and said the kitchen made one of our orders wrong and the manager was in the kitchen fixing it. My order was ready. We had him bring my order out, guess what, he brought both out at the same time. My order was semi WARM. Not once did he offer to refill drinks.
It will be difficult to bring myself to go back. Too many things went wrong on one visit.
