This is THEE dirtiest Panera bread I have ever ate at in my life. It was closest to me so I went here two days in a row. That’s right twice back to back. First time in the evening (1/26) and second around 1pm for lunch (1/27), and it was filthy both times. If you come here after 5 or 6pm forget it! They’re not cleaning up that restaurant until close. The manager on duty should be ashamed of themselves for letting this store location look like this. Especially with staff standing around laughing and talking. These pics were taken 01-26-26.

There is nothing wrong with the food… if you actually get what you order. This was the 3rd time this location had left an item out of the order. Twice with DoorDash, and once at the drive thru. This time, they left the soup out from my pick 2 sandwich/soup combo. My wife and I spent all almost $60 on this order, and it’s way too expensive and too much of an inconvenience and waste of time for this to keep happening like this. The only thing the manager offered was to refund the soup only, despite it being half the meal that wad ruined. And despite the service fees I had to pay Door Dash for an incomplete order. She refused to acknowledge that this is an ongoing issue and did less than the bare minimum to compensate for their mistake. Absolutely done with Panera Bread.

This Panera location is by far the BEST one I go to. The store is always clean, the food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are so friendly and professional. I don’t live here but I enjoy extended visits several times a year and this is always on my must do lust. Thank you for always being so great!

Disappointed! After seeing yummy commercials on TV about their burgers & pizza I ventured to give it my first try today in-spite of their high prices!
$11 for that chicken burger was about the same as McDonald’s $4 one size wise. Only the sauce and bread was better.
The $9 chicken pizza was no where as good looking as the commercial. The bread on it got chewy and hard even while eating it! $23 bucks in all for the two of us without drinks!
Only tried it because it was next to my Eye Dr. and I had been recently bombarded with those delicious ads! Won’t be going back at those prices!
By the way, the Pizza server there had never heard of Pizza chili peppers to add some spice. They didn’t have any! I was quite surprised. The poor gal looked at me in amazement when I asked her if she ever added those that are so common at Pizza Hut or Domino’s. She had no idea what I was talking about!! As you can tell, I love spices. Mr Panera Bread, why not make these pods available?

Customer service has been poor at this location. There’s always a long line and nobody is available to ask for help. To me though, I don’t mind these issues as long as my order is correct. I ordered the pick 2 with soup and mac. When I got my tray from the counter I noticed there was barely any mac in my bowl. I brought it up to the employee which sighed and said it’s previously weighed out, I then told her it’s never been such a small portion before, which she didn’t give me a solution whatsoever. I looked around trying to find another employee for help – no luck. I gave up and took it to my table and saw other guests with either the same issue or full bowls. Obviously something wasn’t right with my portion, hence the photo provided.

Great variety of food choices from pasties to sandwiches, soups to salads. I chose their pick 2 option and ordered their new Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken and their Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT. I wasn’t sure which drink I would like best so I got a Strawberry Smoothie. The food was very colorful and full of flavor. Carmen did a great job taking our order. I got a Chocolate Chip cookie, which Olivia was happy to help and when requested showed me the 2 sizes cups came in. One of my party asked the manager for her name but she did not give it. It is possible that she thought we were kidding when we asked for it. I was impressed with their choices on teas and fruit juices to choose from especially since they were unsweetened and they give you the option to choose how much sweetener to add.

I overheard the young lady making my Cesar salad say “He didn’t leave a tip so he’s not going to get any parmesan.” Then laughed with the other workers. 4 minutes later she handed me the bag. I’m not a confrontational person so once i noticed there wasn’t any on my salad I just asked the manager for an extra side of parmesan. It’s very immature and unprofessional to purposely mess with someone’s food because you didn’t get a tip at a fast food establishment.

I ordered online, at 7:00. Finally I got a message at 7:19 saying the order was delayed. When I got there it wasn’t ready but they did take my name and soon enough I had my sandwich in hand and I was on my way. As you can see from the pics a spinach and avocado sandwich was anything but. Maybe it was who made it or just the rush but this is the second time I got this sandwich and it’s just not something they can pull off at this location, 3 leaves of spinach and 1 slice of avo. Panera bread used to be a favorite but it’s been such a let down lately.

Very unprofessional service. Starting with the cashier, keyana or something with the k her attitude was horrible and didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt she just tossed it. After waiting more than 10 mins I got up to check on my food. Another customer did too. When we ask the worker somehow our orders were never received? And after telling her what we ordered they were still mixed up! Coffee tasted like absolute nothing.
