If you are tempted to eat here just go to Fred Meyer across the street and get a frozen pizza. This pizza was so awful my three kids would not even finish it. The people working there were nice enough but the pizza just seemed to be frozen pizza reheated and it only came out warm not hot. This pizza is like something you would get at a bowling alley or a place like that. We ordered pepperoni shown below and each slice only had one pepperoni on it. We had high hopes but this was a total disappointment and we will not eat there again.

This was one of the few places I still liked to eat at in twin falls. The food was fresh and good and you got plenty of food. But they’ve really cut back. The other day I could hardly see the chicken on my sandwich. It was mostly cheese. It’s just not worth the price anymore. Times are tough, I hope they figure it out 🙁

Not a fan. Some people love this restaurant and others don’t. I fall firmly in the don’t.
The bread for the subs is not what I like. I felt like I was eating a very crumbly unflavored bread. The Turkey BLT was blah. You could taste the bacon abut that was about it. For $9 there are other better sub shops out there. The chicken bacon ranch tasted great but ultimately the bread made it not good.
The bathrooms were not clean. Unfortunately I think that is due to only two people working and they were fairly busy. The place must have supporters because it was a fair amount of people there.

I’ve been eating Papa Kelsey’s for probably 30 years! There used to be a Jerome location a long time ago, which is where we would go after school. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu at some point and never been dissatisfied. When I was a kid I’d get the pizza sub. The pepperoni, cheese, and the bread they use is just the right texture. A half is about the size you’d get at some other sandwich shops, a whole is really great for two meals. Most recently I got the southwest chipotle chicken (there’s a steak option that’s amazing as well) and the chicken is tender and moist, the peppers and sauce are a perfect combo. I’m making myself hungry again. The hot turkey! Oh that one is so good! Seriously, just check it out for yourself. I can’t imagine you’d be disappointed.

Ordered a salad and have been waiting for almost 40 minutes. Very unprofessional cussing,talking about drugs and partying while children are present. Not only that but they’ve been extremely rude to not only me but 6 other people that have walked in. When I told them they messed up on my salad she was disrespectful and told me k well you need to wait now. While it was her mess up if they weren’t on their phones and going to the bathroom every 5 minutes it would’ve been done.

After spending almost eight minutes on hold and then receiving the worst two sandwiches in the almost 10 years I’ve been ordering southwest Chipotle chicken it will most likely be my last! I was ok with her telling me she didn’t have enough green peppers for both but then to get home and find most of the sandwich was mainly bread with very little chicken and very little sauce I was not happy!! Usually I need a fork to keep everything on my sandwich and I love them, not tonight!!! We spent $40 on two sandwiches and two orders of fries. I expect a whole lot better than what we received!!! Sorry Kelcey, you spoiled me over the years in Kimberly and Twin, but I probably won’t be back!
