Great place for sown home cooking or at least services this style of food. They changed the collard greens and it taste different but everything else was dynamite. Our waitress was spot on and available.

I’ve heard about this restaurant so many times and finally decided to try it. My family was in town and we wanted brunch. It was really packed and we had to wait for about an hour. It’s a different restaurant for sure! They have an area where you can get old school candy and decorations and miscellaneous items. I found some records I had been looking for and Chico sticks.

Once we were seated the waitress brought out biscuits which were hot and delicious. We got Apple butter with it as well. I ordered Grandpa’s country fried breakfast. I got the Chicken Fried Chicken with brown gravy on the side because the gravy it normally comes with has pork sausage. I wasn’t a fan of the hash brown casserole but everything else was good.

Second time at this place and this time with friends from Canada. As you wait for you ir table, the place has a beautiful store full of options of souvenirs to decorate your home.
The food is super tasteful and very typical for locals with so many options to choose. We went for a Sunday lunch this time and the service was pretty awful. We had to ask our biscuit and they sent 4 bread for 7 people in the table, also the food tooked too long, and the waitress was not at all friendly. If it were my first time there, I would never go back. But the first time we came, the service was good. I suggest avoiding Sundays at lunch or very busy days to avoid a bad experience.

Overall decent experience, i think we were unlucky with service and some mixed up orders.
The food was decent, i loved the fried chicken it was tender and so crispy on the outside the same goes for the fried okra.
The meatloaf was filling but not very exciting.
We didnt get the biscuits that we were supposed to have but we didn’t realize til after anyway so it was not a big problem. We also had some mixup with two waiters taking our orders at different times.
The whole cracker barrel experience was good thought with the shopping after and the place was nice and clean.

Cant say enough about the customer service. This is my third visit to a Cracker Barrel and this one comes on no.2 after the Lexington location.
Food was great as always. Customer service was hands down the best. The server was very nice and friendly. She answered all the questions and substituted meat for a side of fruit for us.
Highly recommended!
Both me and my husband ate in $15 dollars (cheesecake pancake meal and coffee)

Went to the Greensboro location on a sat and ordered the southern chicken. First time ordering this. It tasted horrible. I couldnt eat it. My nephew got the chicken and dumplings and he said we could switch plates. I like their C&D so we switched. He stated the chicken tasted like the Banquet frozen chicken. His C&D was so salty(extremely). So I just took a few bites and just didnt mention it. Our server was very nice but unfortunately she had too many people to serve and it we had to wait longer on anything needed. Still gave her a good tip as I am appalled at what they make. The biscuits thankfully were awesome!

Food was good but $17 for the Thanksgiving meal seemed a bit high for what was served. I am not a fan of their sweet potato casserole. I barely got a tablespoon of the cranbwerry sauce and what I got was all stems. The amount of turkey was good but very little gravy and dressing. If there is a next time, I will order off the menu.

One of the best breakfast experiences, this place nicely captures the 1930’s vibes. It is a restaurant and a gift shop in one. Food here is amazing, I never had breakfast this good. I went for hash brown classic and then we ordered blueberry pancakes and pancakes with cream cheese. Every dish was amazing and I recommend you trying all of them. The portions are huge so be ready. I also ordered some hot chocolate and it was good as well.
Service was amazing, very kind and attentive ladies.
Overall, amazing place with huge selection and delicious food.

Wow. What an experience. There were 30 of us visiting Greensboro and decided to have breakfast here. First time we experienced Cracker Barrel. This place is amazing. The food was superb. A lot of things we tried first. The apple butter was something else – apple and cinnamon flavoured dip/spread. Biscuits (scones in Britain) were lovely and fluffy, unlike the scones we have in Britain which require toasting. The fried apples were lovely. Sweet caramelised with a hint of sour. Our team loved the steak so much they ordered extra. The impossible sausage was mind bending, stated incredible yet vegetarian. The sweet peach tea was just amazing, very sweet but packed huge flavour.
David was our waiter, he was amazing. Provided us with amazing service.
If this is why other Cracker Barrel is going to be like, we will be eating there every time we visit USA.
