This local food truck is in a perfect spot right off Garden Valley Blvd. in Roseburg, with plenty of parking that makes it super convenient while you wait for your food. The window is easy to access, and the menu is posted outside and easy to read, which makes ordering simple. All the food is fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of great healthy options that are hard to find elsewhere.

✨HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✨i was passing through town with my parents and we googled where is a good spot to eat in Roseburg. Zach’s Bowl Shack had 5 ⭐️ across the board… and for a good reason! These were some of the tastiest bowls we’ve had, especially from a food truck! We ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, The BBQ Chicken Bowl and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. The flavors were spot on and the ingredients were all fresh! Whether you are having a work lunch, family dinner, a quick snack, or just passing through Roseburg, this spot is top notch.
NOTE: it’s best to call before hand to confirm the location of the food truck, as it moves around depending on the day. When I went, (a Tuesday) they were parked outside of Two-Shy Brewery – also a great location to hang out with your friends & family!

I Love to see owners/employees that smile and are friendly to their customers. I dont see that often anymore so this was refreshing.
FOOD: I tried their Build your own and got just Ahi with Spicy Mayo over rice. IT WAS REALLY GOOD and I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Definitely got my poke fix!

Yum!! This was just what I needed: healthy, refreshing, and delicious – and good service, on top of that!

Just had what can only be described as the healthiest Chicken Teriyaki Bowl I think I’ve ever had! Fantastic! Served with a heathy combination of salad greens and rice, carrots, cucumber, pickled onions, beans, and some pickled onions and other goodness. It was really, really good! And it wasn’t drowning in teriyaki sauce! WELL DONE, Zack’s Bowl Shack! WELL DONE!! highly recommend!

One of the best Poke bowls I’ve had in a long time. I’m sad I won’t be able to have it more often. I ran into Zack’s on vacation from Sacramento. Good luck to your food truck and hopefully you will still be around when I come again.
