Food was delicious. I got the chopped chipotle chicken. Bread was perfectly soft. Only issue was the pickup. It was advertised in Bowlero so I ordered then had to walk a few blocks to pick it up at Ruby Tuesdays. That was a big pain. Food was good, pickup was a pain

If I could use zero stars, I would. There was no indication in the app that the sandwich should be picked up at Toojays; so had to call to find out why we couldn’t find it. Was lured in by a $5 discount that was not applied to my order and the employee at Toojays basically said it wasn’t their problem, it was the “virtual” Pardon My Cheesesteak. The woman at Toojays was so rude, I will not return to Toojays either for cheesesteak or the delicious looking pastries if I have to deal with that kind of hostility. But #1 reason for the bad rating….this was the worst cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Flavorless meat with a glob of fake cheese. Did not enjoy.
