Stopped for dinner with kids on way back from champaign to the Indiana side like we occasionally due, But this was the last, 3 kids 2 adults and only food that was able to be eaten was some nuggets that was only thing warm, out of 4 snacks wraps only one wasn’t burnt to a rock hard crisp, the fries was a dark brown like color ,they had been re dipped and cooked a handful of times and kiddos wouldn’t even bother with them, now on top of all this was started by standing at the counter watching the maybe the 5 employees standing around messing around in which none would take my order so I could pay cash,including a female worker who keep coming from the back to lobby with a full size blanket wrapped around her going outside and smoking then coming back into building with said smelling blanket and sitting, granted its winter time and cold but that isn’t the option, this all took place on a very slow night due to weather, maybe 10 cars went through while on our visit no excuse for the food and treatment..

Ordered our food at the kiosk while people standing at the counter was ignored. Food came up fresh and but, but employee walked away without giving us our cups or seeing if anything else was needed. No ketchup or salt easily accessible. Had to wait for that too. Customer service is very poor.

We went in the other night for dinner the food was nasty. I should have taken a picture but I didn’t even think about it at the time. My husband and I both got snacks wraps that were very obviously old and was just thrown together. The fries were also old and all 4 orders were cold and brown. By the time I got home and realized it wasn’t worth the drive back there. It was extremely disappointing the only thing okay was the nuggets.

I ordered a fish meal with no cheese. Sue took my order. Pleasant lady. The order came out with cheese and the top bread was stuck to the top of the box. I’ve never seen that in my life. When I sent it back, someone replied “make sure his bun doesn’t touch the box”. Odd comment but ok. The second sandwich is in the pictures. The fish was broken and warm. No cheese this time. I couldn’t eat it. The fries were warm at the hardened stage. Big waste of time and money!

Not my first visit and every time I come here something I order is “out of order” but they dont tell you till after you’re charged. The it takes them 10 minutes to make a simple order of 2 items and a coffee (if its not out of order). But the store is clean

I should have looked at the reviews first but it’s McDonald’s so how bad could it be right. Wrong the first order of fries I received we’re practically brown in color they have been sitting so long so I asked for fresh french fries. The amount of salt that was put on the fries seemed almost intentional I tried to shake the salt off even rub it off with my hands but still they were inedible. Now yes I did realize I was a different color than most other patrons and I don’t know if that had anything to do with it. I couldn’t even eat the fries so it was just a waste of money.

I mobile ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and a quarter pounder, when I got to the truck stop I unpacked my food smh it was tomatoes and mayo on my burger. Mayo and tomato don’t come on a quarter pounder so I ended up throwing it away

5 employees standing around and not one will take your order. So im forced to use their “self service” machine without giving me the employee discount, since now I work there for the next 5 minutes ordering my own food. Yes, it would be easier and quicker for someone with training to take my order. But if im forced to do it myself, then I have to pass all their BS advertising some more. And then, I dont get my cup right away either, so they go through less soda. Brilliant! Screw the customer, profit over all!

Do not eat any pork or beef products and they would not make me a McChicken biscuit which every other McDonald’s in the USA accommodates due to the dietary restrictions.
