i asked for 2 iced coffees with caramel, creamer, and whipped cream. The person attending us was very rude and didn’t act like how he should’ve. It was poor customer service and poorly made food. The iced coffees are very dark which shows that they didn’t put any creamer. This was a very poor experience for my family and I as we were just trying to enjoy Christmas Eve together.

This place is horrendous! If you want to be overcharged here’s the place to go the owner takes your money even at the cashiers expense!! Download $25 and cashier overcharged lost my money because the owner says he can’t do anything only to take my money! Well you are the absolute worst and I feel bad for all of your employees who you make do your dirty work! We will never be back!

Brycen took my order this morning and he was very nice while taking my order and made everything correctly. He was patient with me while ordering as I took a little while to figure out what I wanted. He gave me also gave me my jelly donut as well as my caramel craze latte. I asked for a milk substitute for almond milk and he made it perfectly. Lots of caramel lots of whip cream 1000/10. He also let me borrow his blue lamborghini aventador SVJ for the night

James is the best. Such a young and driven individual who is a breath of fresh air. The whole staff is great, but the atmosphere shifts when James is in the building. You’ll know when you meet him!!

A coworker of mine bought a dozen donuts. After consuming a few, I notice the jelly had mold on it. We left the remaining donuts as well as the mold infested donut in the box. We returned it to the location and explain the situation. The manager just laugh and giggled in our face when we ask for a refund. All she did was break open the donut into pieces and say she would only be able to replace two donuts, as she didn’t want to “waste the food”??? Dunkin’s policy is to throw out all donuts at the end of the night regardless, waste isn’t a valid excuse when talking about 5 donuts, especially when we were only looking for a refund of at least half (~$6). Do not visit the establishment if you wish to be treated like a joke with the manager never taking any customer seriously. Food is above average however the service is absolutely terrible.

The lady at night that attended to me and my bestie was super nice, and she made our experience at this location wonderful. We had just come from another location that said they didn’t serve sandwiches at night, and there was also a 24-hour store.
She was nice and did her job fast, keeping in mind she looked exhausted and was the only one working. Dunkin needs to give these people a raise and add some extra support to help your workers!! ASAP

The establishment is employed by teenagers who are just messing around and giggling the whole time. throughout my whole order the employees were laughing among each other and being rude to me in the process by ignoring me . and the coffee and donut taste terrible . looks nothing like the picture on the menu. the barista needs to be replaced , ASAP .

I never know what price it is until I get up to the window. It’s very odd, is most places list. How much it costs so that you’re prepared by the time you get there. They don’t have nearly the donuts they used to have, and that’s the main reason why I used to go. The ones they do have seem to be on a little on the stale side. There’s sandwiches and coffee 5 stars.
