This was my first time ordering from here. The ice cream was amazing, the brookies and cookie were good. I only ordered the brookie because they had a bogo deal in the app. The delivery took a long time, over 30 minutes past their estimated arrival time (less than 2 mi away). I was missing a cookie and the one I did get wasn’t what I ordered. I sent them a msg immediately about the missing item, the auto response said someone would contact me within 48 hours but I have yet to be contacted. That was Saturday, today is Wednesday.

I’m furious… yesterday I went to Insomnia and I was extremely disappointed by the two employees who were working around 5 PM. They were the worst I’ve ever encountered at that location. I’ve never had such a bad experience there before. I went to buy vegan cookies, and one of them didn’t want to bake them. I ordered three ice creams, and the vanilla one was covered in chocolate. I explained to the other employee that I needed to exchange it because I’m allergic to chocolate, and her response was that everything had chocolate on it, along with other nonsense. I’m a regular customer at this place; it’s one of my favorite spots, but right now I don’t know what to think. They need to hire people who actually want to work and provide good customer service. Those two women clearly didn’t want to be there. They handed me the order without a bag, the cookies without a box, and the several cookies I bought were all stuck together because they hadn’t let them cool down. In short, it was a terrible disappointment. It was the worst experience. Women like that shouldn’t be working there.

I just want to recognize Robert, the driver who delivered my order tonight. It was raining hard, dark, and my building isn’t easy to find, but he still showed up with kindness and patience. You could tell he was working through a leg injury, yet he never let it show in his attitude. That kind of dedication and heart deserves to be noticed. Thank you, Robert, for reminding me there are still people who care about doing their job well.

I love this insomnia so much. Cookies are a staple in my family’s desert game. My kiddos love the White Chip macadamia nut cookie from here. I recently had a very nice conversation with the manager at this store. He is so kind and welcoming, his employees are top tier aswell. Overall this store is one of my favorite places to be. Everything about this store is amazing! Definitely deserves my 5 stars!

They gave me a free cookie for my birthday. I ordered a double chocolate cookie sandwich with caramel ice cream. It was hudge. I could imagine eating the jumbo sized one, and I’m a big girl. My friend got a s’mores jumbo cookie. It looked yummy. It’s nice that they also sell all flavors of milk. They have eight flavors of ice cream. I would like to go back and get a cookie picture. I love they personalized cookies. They have a parking lot to the immediate right and left of the store. They moved through the line very fast, but gave each person the customer service they deserve. They also told us if we filled out the survey we would get a free cookie. We almost left without getting that cookie but the cashier waved us to the front and gave us the cookie. How nice of you! Keep it up.

Went to insomnia cookies tonight to get me some of their delicious cookies and I have to say I was so pleased! Not only are the cookies great but so is the customer service! One of their workers answered a call and the lady on the other line was yelling at him, and he was so calm while talking to her. We need more people in the customer service!
