I am writing to provide comprehensive feedback regarding my recent experience at your establishment, specifically concerning the five-course wine tasting dinner I attended today.
Initially, the service encountered a slight delay, but I must commend your team for their exceptional recovery. The staff’s dedication and professionalism ultimately surpassed all my expectations, turning a potentially challenging start into a truly remarkable evening. I was dining as a solo guest, an experience I thoroughly enjoyed, and while it might be an observation more broadly applicable, I found myself to be the sole individual dining alone that evening.
Returning to the specifics of the event, the culinary offerings were, for the most part, exceptional. The wine selections were robust and well-chosen. My only constructive suggestion concerning the beverages would be to consider a slightly more generous and consistent pour to enhance the overall value perception.
The ambiance of the restaurant was truly delightful, contributing significantly to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. This experience, being my inaugural five-course wine pairing dinner, allowed me to fully unwind, savor each moment, and even engage in pleasant conversations with fellow patrons. The raffle at the conclusion was also a pleasant addition to the evening.
Regarding the individual courses:
* **First Course:** This was an absolute highlight of the evening. The preparation was impeccable, and the wine pairing was perfect. I genuinely believe this course, both culinarily and vinously, was the best of the night and requires no alteration.
* **Second Course:** While pleasant and palatable, this course did not quite achieve the same elevated standard as the first. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable.
* **Third Course:** The linguine in the third course was very good. A minor enhancement could be achieved with a slightly more pronounced seasoning. The accompanying wine was satisfactory.
* **Fourth Course:** The combination of the crabcake and fillet was expertly executed. The fillet was cooked to a perfect medium, demonstrating excellent skill, and was exceptionally flavorful. This course garnered no complaints and was thoroughly enjoyed.
* **Fifth Course (Dessert):** Regrettably, the cake served for the dessert course was somewhat dry and lacked a distinctive flavor profile. The wine pairing for this course was acceptable.
Despite the minor critiques, the overall value provided by the event was outstanding, which prompted me to leave a substantial gratuity.
As a final suggestion to enhance the comfort of solo diners, I would respectfully recommend considering offering booth access, as this could significantly improve their experience.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly commend Carrabba’s. The service, despite its initial hiccup, recovered splendidly, and the overall experience was truly exceptional. The culinary offerings were largely excellent, and the wine pairings, with a minor suggestion for consistency, were a fine complement. I had a great experience at Carrabba’s during my recent visit. Our server, Jacqui, was outstanding. She was extremely attentive without ever feeling overbearing, and you could tell she really cares about her guests. Even though she was handling multiple tables at once, she never missed a beat — drinks stayed full, food came out just right, and she checked in at the perfect times. Her service was friendly, efficient, and professional. Jacqui truly made the meal enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for her if you dine here. Also, the young guy eho brought out the food was very nice and he made us laugh. We enjoy this place everytime and we are lucky to get Jacqui (even though the other servers are nice and does a good job) !

My favorite place for a satisfying happy hour or dinner!! Food never disappoints. The location in Morrow particularly is always delightful. My server Desmond gave excellent service and hospitality. You can tell the management here knows what they’re doing to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I also love the different seasonal menus they offer, there’s always something new to try here. Oh and the pomegranate Martini….. the best!! 10/10 recommend Carabba’s 🙂

I ordered the Johnny Rocco shrimp and scallop salad and the lobster ravioli. My bill was $65. This was tasty, but I would’ve done better in somebody’s Fazoli‘s drive-through! I can’t believe they sent this out. Talk about skimpy. Never again! Delivery or in person.

I want to start this by saying our server did a fantastic job- very sweet, attentive, and truly did her best. However, the food was a different story. Our alfredo sauce came out clumpy (see photo), our breads oil was not poured, and each of us were unable to eat our food as it all had a weird flavor. This was really disappointing as we love Carrabbas and usually stop there to eat. Hopefully they improve food quality, but for now stay away.

We went to Carrabba’s to celebrate my mom’s birthday. I called to be put on a waitlist so we wouldn’t have to wait too long since we were at party of 7 and my mom is elderly. We still got to wait once we got there for them to set our tables, but not too long. Our waitress was very courteous and took great care of us. The manager also came and checked on us to make sure everything was good. The food was delicious especially that green thing they have lol. Of course the staff came out and Sang happy birthday to my mom. She really enjoyed that. It’s my mom’s favorite restaurant and it was good to take her there on her special day.
