Absolutely horrible experience this morning ordering breakfast at this. Burger King location. I used a code off their rewards program to order a meal to which I was informed they didn’t have any coffee so they would replace it with a soft drink. I ordered sweet tea and got up to the cashier who then told me my eight dollar meal was now $10.79 because I had gotten tea instead of coffee. Did this I replied well then I’ll take the coffee, but you said you didn’t have any it would replace it with a soft drink. To this, the alleged manager named Joe, which I found out later was not her real name, told me she was gonna have to cancel my order and I was gonna have to Give her a new code. I responded if that was fine I would get her a new code but was not going to pay almost $11 for an eight dollar meal. Her response to this was to slammed the drive-through door in my face and wave bye to me. After serving several other customers by walking out to them in line, a gentleman walked up to the window and handed me my cold food and said there was no charge as I had been sitting there for 10 min now. Luckily as I was hesitantly pulling out as I felt uncomfortable not paying for my food another manager pulled up from another store, came up and talked to me and got some information including telling me that no one by the name of Joe worked at that location. I am without words. Terrible service, cold food, and all because they were out of coffee and wouldn’t honored the coupon BK provided. Tried to reach GPS Hospitality but you can only leave a message. Moral of the story is this store is not becoming of the brand at all an should be avoided.

I don’t know the cashiers name but it seemed like she was the only one in the store at the time. Super polite and efficient. She also made what I believe may be the best whopper I’ve ever had. The food was just incredible and it was half-wrapped in a logoed sandwich paper and in a burger box. I didn’t even know that Burger King did that.

Burger King has been really hit and miss in the last decade or so. The one here on highway 30 in Gonzales… is more hit! The manager is so friendly and she works hard… sometimes I think she’s running the place all alone!

I don’t know who the new management is at Burger King, but they and the staff deserve raises. The service has been through the roof, and the food has been fresh every time. I literally eat Burger King every other day now lunch and dinner.

Horrible service I was asked to hold on then I was told to pull around I stopped at the second window there was no one at the first I was told to back up and pull back up he didn’t know what price to give me he gave me 12 something and then he said 11 something proceeded to give me my food tell me have a great day and then say oh I forgot your orange juice then when I asked for a receipt I proceeded to ask for a piece of paper to write it down with the guy left a chick came up and said you could take a picture with your phone I said I’m not going to give you my phone I don’t need your germs on my phone she proceeded to tell me I was funny laughing as she closed the window advise never to go to this place I will never be back matter of fact I’m going to discontinue using Burger King all together I can’t even prove my purchase my work requires me to give them a receipt of my food intake now I cannot provide that because they do not allow pictures
