A buddy and I visited a friend in Fairbanks and hit up HooDoo Brewing. After grabing a beer, we made our way outside to see what food the gentlemen outside were offering. We ended up ordering the reindeer dog, Golddigger burger and jerked pork tacos. The food was AMAZING! I am a big burger nut and this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Made props to the chef. All the food had a ton of flavor and were cooked to perfection. The chef and his right hand man were very friendly and on their game. This was the best meal I had while visiting Fairbanks. If you’re in the Fairbanks area, you’ve got to give them a try.

Ordered several items from the menu with coworkers and HIGHLY recommend! The Pork Street Tacos are bomb! We also loved the flavor in the Korean Style Bulgogi Sandwich! Large portions and side dishes were delicious, too! We’ll be returning for sure!

I have to say that these gentlemen Have some great food and the customer service is really above par. I enjoy their chickens dishes. They have breaded French fries and the smell when pulling up reminds me of a moth to a flame!

The burger patty is disgusting (blue burger) everything else about it was good, blue cheese, blueberry pepper jam, bacon & jalapeño it’s a nice idea but I had to throw away that patty. Maybe other items on the menu are good but that’s the last burger I order from this place
