Our Kennett Square brewery features a 7-barrel brewhouse and produces unique beers that are available only in the on-site taproom. It was the first brewery to open in Kennett Square since prohibition. This small brewery was designed, built and installed by Victory’s own brewers. Currently Kennett Square is the only location to feature an open fermenter. Glass walls separate the brewhouse from the taproom, allowing visitors to see the vessels and the brewers at work. Victory has increased the size of the restaurant to 300 seats. The brewery has also expanded, producing 125,713 barrels of beer in 2014. As loyal craft beer drinkers continue to show their dedication to flavorful, quality beer, Victory plans to continue its own growth.
American chow, like burgers & small plates, are paired with 30 beers on tap at this rustic brewpub.

Reviews
1. Kirsch Gose (Sour – Fruited Gose), 4.7% abv. 2nd best beer. Light pink color and tasted fruity.
2. KSQ Brew’d: Plum Intended (Sour – Fruited Gose, 3.9% abv) – This was tied for the best beer. Cloudy pink color gose. Not too sour.
3. Donnybrook Stout (Nitro, 3.7% abv). This waw tied for the best beer. This is the lowest abv stout I have ever tried. Guinness is my favorite beer and its a 4.2% abv, however, this stout tastes really good despite its low abv. I love it.
4. Summer Love (Blonde Ale, 5.2% abv). I enjoyed this light beer. It was very crisp. 4th best out of the five options but still really good.
5. Brandywine White (Wheat Beer- Hefeweizen, 5% abv). First beer I tried where you can actually taste a hint of banana! This beer was a creamy light yellow color. 3rd best beer.
It’s a pretty big building and is spacious place from the inside. Alot of Victory craft beer options (at least ball park 20 options). I visited on a Tuesday after work and it had people coming into the place every 5 minutes.
Unfortunately, our server Julia significantly detracted from what could have been a great evening. She seemed dismissive when we made requests and wasn’t particularly attentive or quick to check on our table. When we had questions about the menu, she wasn’t very informative or helpful in guiding our choices. Her overall approach lacked the professionalism and courtesy you’d expect from restaurant service.
The quality of the food and ambiance make me want to return, but I hope the service improves. Perhaps catching Julia on a better night – or having a different server – would make for a completely different experience.
