I was just taking a day trip to the mounds and stopped in here for lunch. The food was delicious and the people were so friendly.

Hometown eatery with good food and cheerful service, too! Stopped on a whim driving north on the back roads, and this was on yelp and just off the route. Hamburgers like mom made (and the local tavern, too!), tater tots or fries, all made to order. The servers were pleasant young women who made sure we had all we needed. Stop in and see the gumball machines, too!

What a great find! We were just traveling through and stumbled upon this place. Wonderful service, great food with attentive and friendly people. They were extremely busy but they all was still on top of it with a smile and quick service. Only wish they were closer to us.

Amazing food, great prices, and outstanding customer service. This is a restaurant in a small town and you definitely get that small town welcome when dining here. They’re pizza and burgers are way bigger than what you would expect, especially for the price!

We just had a great meal at Mike’s Place. The pizza was delicious with a perfect crust along with a Philly Cheesesteak and have enough leftovers for another meal. Wonderfully helpful staff.
