We are here for birthday party and we enjoyed the food but they are in rush and coming again and again said can we pick ip these plates if you eat.So we feel feel embarrassed. When we asked her why you guys are in hurry they said we have a reservation for 20 peoples for 9:00PMbut nobody showed up till 9:22PM. That mean they don’t care about small group of people who are coming to eat here. They are only care about big group and big bills.
Again i think they have to learn some manners and respect every body it’s shouldn’t matter they are in small or big groups.

We have lived in London for over 20 years, we have tried several different Indian restaurants over that time, especially during the time that Massey’s was closed. This is without a doubt the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Opinions vary, and different people may have different expectations. However, after visiting this past weekend I was even more impressed. We made a reservation as the restaurant is always busy, it was our 25th wedding anniversary and as usual the service was great, the food as amazing as always, and they gave us a hand written card. In a very competitive space I think you need to be top notch on everything you can. The staff was very friendly, attentive and the food arrived in a timely manner. We live in North East London and make the trek to the new location as often as we can. We were there on opening night, and have stopped going to different Indian restaurants as, in our opinion, none are as good as Masseys.

We visited Aug 8 for lunch. We were greeted warmly and professionally. This new location is fantastic. Abosulutly night and day better than the old location downtown. I used to visit frequently just for the food.
The inside of the new restaurant is very clean and very professionally decorated.
We ordered our standard Indian dishes. We were blown away by the flavors. Chef Massey does indeed have a masterful touch of blending the spices to give rich depth of flavor that walks across the entire palate. The portion size is very generous.
I can’t wait to go back.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a high-quality fine dining Indian experience in London, Ontario. The food was absolutely outstanding—Chef Patson is a true talent. His dishes were cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of spices and aroma.
The service was equally impressive. Manager Anisha and her team did a wonderful job of welcoming us and ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. If you want authentic flavors and great hospitality, this is the place to go!

Definitely the best Indian food I’ve had.
The butter chicken is my girlfriend’s favorite as she is not very adventurous but it was the best she ever had in her life. I had the combo kebabs and the fish was out of this world. Rice and naan is great. Overall excellent food excellent service. We both loved it and felt it was much better than we were expecting.. leaving a solid 5 star.. we are coming back

We raised an issue about something as simple as naan. We ordered butter naans and were served bone dry plain naans. Harmless mistake, super easy fix, and the kind of feedback any place that cares about repeat customers would just take in stride.
Instead, the chef seemed openly irritated by even basic input and handled the conversation poorly, to put it mildly. The takeaway was essentially that this is what a “butter naan” means here, and if you actually want butter, you should be asking for extra butter.
Quick tip if your meal goes sideways: I’d strongly suggest skipping any discussion with the chef or servers unless you’re in the mood for the follow up to be worse than the original problem.

A bit pricey on some items but the food I ordered was wonderful. Nicely balanced spice made the flavours worth it. I ordered Onion Bhaji with two sauces – crispy & tender , Tandoori Pawns – amazing, make sure sure you try them, Chicken Biryani, and Dal Makhni.. and naan of course.. I enjoyed them all. I only took one picture lol because I couldn’t wait to eat it, it smelled so good. Wait staff was prompt, personable and friendly. I will definitely be back.

This place is my favorite indian food. It offers a variety of options from vegetarian to meat and lamb. The interior design is so unique and warm. Also great service. The food is amazingly delicious even to someone who is not a fan of indian food. You should absolutely try their fresh baked naan.
I would say it could be better if they had a bigger portion of rice with their carries.

First time at the restaurant since it moved to Riverbend. They did a wonderful job with the decor and overall atmosphere. Food and service was great and we look forward to visiting again soon!
