Just went here tonight. The weather is cold and snowing. We arrived 20 minutes to close. The staff there still welcomed us in and took our order. Our food was hot and fresh. A great place to eat. Have been here many times before and service is always the same. Bring yourself, friends and family to eat. It’s in my top favorites. Thank you Highlands Great Wall!

Great service HOWEVER, to all my fried rice lovers, this restaurant is not what you want. Chinese is my favorite and believe me I’ve tried a lot of places. Super picky. This place is by far the worse Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been too. The shrimp fried rice, orange chicken and egg roll was (NO JOKE) was the worse I’ve ever had. Maybe I ordered the wrong items however these are then basics.
I don’t care I dinned in and I basically had no waiter or service, two employees slurping noodles to my left and right and Asian movies with Asian subtitles (?????)

Yummy!!! It is so good and at a great price! Wednesday night is the night to go! They have but one get one half off!! Super large portions that are tastee and delicious!! This is out 1st time and we will go back!! Great flavor!! And the workers are very kind and helpful!!!!

First off, HUGE portion which I like, protein to rice ratio is more protein. I usually like 50/50 but if you have more of one thing it’s better that it’s the protein.
I had the general tso’s combo and the flavor wasn’t really there. The fried rice was on the bland side and the chicken had more aroma than flavor imo. It had the spice but not the actual tso’s flavor.
Can’t deny the classic Chinese American atmosphere though.
I would come back to try the orange chicken.

Ordered delivery for 3 people. Food was hot, fresh and large portions. All orders were correct. They even added all of the sauce packets, forks & extra fortune cookies. Will definitely order here again when in town.

Terrible experience here. Visited in the middle of the afternoon when it was totally dead. Placed my order and sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to call my order out. People who came in and ordered after me are getting their food the whole time. Finally go up to the counter and it was just sitting there in a takeout bin. Worst customer service ever and the atmosphere of their dining room is sad and basic. There are signs posted everywhere telling customers to take care of their own garbage. Comes across very passive aggressive. I would have given them an extra star or two if the food was good, or even average, but it’s just low quality and bland, not even on par for typical Chinese takeout. Spend your money elsewhere folks.
