The manager Sheena is awesome.. She made sure my food was fresh once i received it because sometimes my food doesn’t be fresh because of the long wait at certain locations. She greeted me when I entered the store, and also when i left.. She had positive attitude. She wasn’t rude talking to me like most other locations are.. It wasn’t an long wait neither.. Thanks Sheena.. Good work! ❤️ Overall satisfied with her help!

Went to the drive-through & ordered the Supreme Luxe Box. The service was quick & friendly. Elias was the cashier & he gave us exactly what we asked for. We’d seen mixed reviews, but our experience was positive. Didn’t dine inside so we can’t give true feedback for that area. The food was good, presented well & we would visit this location again.

Used to be a regular customer at this location. I am super upset to write this review because I seriously love the franchise, but this location is by far the worst in terms of food safety. I witnessed an employee handle currency, went immediately to go make food without changing gloves, and then proceeded to drop food on a dirty counter to put right back in the food!! The last time I came here both my husband and I got violently sick after eating! We refuse to come back to this location unless these people start doing better on food safety!

Please reconsider your options. The staff runs all over the place and is not paying attention to what they are doing. Orders are wrong multiple times. Food is prepped without consideration for presentation. I understand it called “fastfood”, but you should still take pride in the quality of your work. Instead, they fold a burrito into the shape of a taco, leaving one or both ends open for it’s contents to slide and drip from the opposite end of wherever you attempt to tackle this mess. Management shows little-to-zero concern for quality control and proper training. Take your chances if you must, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while, but it’s not worth the headache and disappointment that comes from ordering food from this establishment.

They have a new person working the dine-in line with no help. The person who is supposed to be training her is off doing other things when there’s a stupid long line. There are 4 students in here waiting for their food, and they are talking about getting a refund to be able to make it back to school on time. This is stupid ridiculous.

We walked in and there was no customers there. Every single table except for the one the workers were sitting at was dirty. In the 30 min we were there no one came to clean of the tables or seats. There was no less than 7 employees there at one time and no one ever cleaned anything. One worker even asked the manager what he could be doing and she told him to go break down boxes or something. At this same time there were no drive through costumers so there were people just standing behind the counter waiting. The manager did seem to be doing work that needed to be done for a new employee but she also seemed overwhelmed when there were not many customers. Not sure what the deal was but this day was definitely a fail for this taco bell. The food was ok, the drinks they were out of mine so I had to settle for something else.

For disabled persons, it’s a double door (2 different doors) entry very close together. Also, a handicap ramp is not right near the door that I saw.

The snowflake taco bell is my favorite on the mountain. The drive through lady Zoe is always very nice and gets my food out very quickly. I think she might be a manager at this location or at least she should be because she always makes sure my order is right and on time when I come through in a big rush and so far I have not been disappointed. It’s good to know people take pride in the work they do even at a fast food restaurant like Taco Bell.
