Do not use their delivery service. I placed an order at 257 on Sunday 11:23.
And by five thirty, it didn’t arrive. I called the location of the burger king.They didn’t answer. According to my doorbell cam, the guy came at seven o’clock at night. 4 hours. For a burger king, ten minutes from me. I called the Burger King this morning. They said there is nothing they could do for me. Because delivery is separate and they didn’t even have the number. Big giant rip-off.
No customer service.
No anything. No wonder burger kings are closing throughout the nation.I’ll never go back

Food is ok, still the worst Burger King I’ve been to, all the drinks taste like mold, Probably have never cleaned the ice maker. The Icee machine is worse. Threw all three of our icees away.
Food was a mess, even by Burger King standards. Almost got mugged in the parking lot.

Just bought a fish sandwich and onion rings. Onion rings were not fried long enough but the worst part was that I took one bite from my fish sandwich I realized that it was most likely the fish was cooked hours ago then the fried again. I couldn’t even chew it. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered hamburger cheese melt 4 times over 3 weeks, first 3 were on hamburger buns, not toasted bread, 3rd one not only had a hamburger bun but regular raw onions (not chopped or fried onions), sandwich was cold with all cheese UNMELTED, 4TH sandwich had bread, but untoasted, chopped onions, but unfried, and all cheese was cold straight out of the fridge, totally unmelted, only cooked item was hamburger patties.

Pretty solid for fast food, especially in the area. Still have good deals too, which is getting rare. Usually fairly well staffed & not too slow. Food is good for fast food – way better than McDonald’s. They still have the beef tacos!

every time I go here after 8 PM they never have their ice cream machine working so that means no shake no ice cream. I asked for chicken fries, freshly made. They did not freshly make them and just ignored my request, then they are out of barbecue sauce.

I get a breakfast meal every few days here, around 8am. Staff are friendly and the food is good as long as you buy the core items. Get the BK app, the deals as of the time of this review are solid.
Sometimes dirty, staff are sometimes overwhelmed and get to you a little late. Skip the line and use the app or terminal machine. They might forget napkins or creamer/sugar or sauces, so double check the order.
Avoid the wraps and similar promotional items.

Business was clean and environment was okay. Parking lot and front of store it is a little dirty but something you can fix. I would give a 3 1/2 star but I believe in the greater power so I round to 4. Food could be better alittle dry, fries were not fresh burger looked like it was thrown together and wasn’t made with the love of the king. Let’s stop worrying about the time and let’s work on the quality instead of ticket time remember if you want people to come back we got to show people the talent you have cooking in the back.
