I ordered French onion soup with the garlic bread with the provolone cheese. I see that things have changed there was a time where there was a nice amount of cheese that came in the soup. The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, because it delivers to my area it has not been satisfactory .don’t think I will be ordering from this location again. All I’ve done with the soup was take the lid off. I’ve not eaten any of it and the bread looks like it’s been eaten off of.

Ordered my 2 pizzas online and picked it up. Got home and wasn’t too happy with my pizza. It tasted nasty not like the usual and the presentation was horrible like they were rushing. I gave it 3 stars because the lady at the pick up window was sweet.

NO CHEESE!!! (French onion soup) I love this location and I will be back but the past 3 orders I’ve gotten have been messed up or something missing from the actual entree or pizza. And missing sauces. Not sure exactly what is going on, but it’s disappointing.

Edit: I was a life long larosa’s customer, but this location and their response has made me delete the app and swear off larosa’s forever. I will be giving my service now to Papa John’s, with they’re food being cheaper, better, and the customer service friendlier, I’d rather spend my money there than another dime on larosa’s.
Check out the grand papa from Papa John’s it’s only 15 dollars and way tastier than larosa’s. It comes with a pepper and free butter sauce, not to mention fully cooked! I will attach the picture of this owners response to this review

We are a Muslim couple and the restaurant was filled with white people and for some reason the waitress ended up sitting us in the back of the restaurant excluded from the rest of the patrons where no one was able to see us and we where so enclosed and away from having the ambiance and experience we were expecting. Coming from the west of Los Angeles we have never dealt with any of this behavior or treatment

I want to start off by saying thanks Larosa’s servicing the greater Cincinnati for years and I sure more to come. Now I want to talk about the (Fish sandwich) you all sever, the fish can be very good however in my opinion it’s not cooked in the middle as it could be. I’ve been getting the fish hoagies for a while trying to stay away from other meats to work on health, but every time I buy the fish sandwich I feel its not fully cooked all the way through.When I get to the middle the white meat is nowhere hot as the edges and it feels a little cool. When you all have time please look into this matter, p.s. I did order well done as well.
