Good food and service.. The establishment offers delectable cuisine and exceptional service. Our culinary journey commenced with a delectable fried pickle appetizer, for drinks I had a L.I. T. beverage that was both refreshing and flavorful. My wife opted for the spicy margarita, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The lasagna was a standout dish, while I indulged in the buffalo chicken sandwich.

We decided to try somewhere safe on our first night here in NM. We are walking distance away from our hotel and glad we came here. Had the steak, and bf had chicken strips and tater tots. Long wait to wait for the table and we were served right away at the bar so very happy with that! Our server was great and we had crown mule and frozen mango margarita. Our bartender was professional and very efficient! The crowd I think were mixed locals and tourists. They do give military discount!

Great place that makes alot of good food. I got the patriot burger with tots, wife got some delicious boneless wings. Fish and chips looked amazing. One of our friends ordered buffalo pizza and desert which I was to full to try. Drinks are good also. If i lived in NM I would come here alot.

8/9/25: The Bacon guacamole burger was amazing, the Fish and Chips were (crunchy on the outside moist and flaky on the inside. A definite eat again item.) The service from Sophia was EXCELLENT!!
8/23/25: The customer service is GREAT! The food has been predictably EXCELLENT!!

The fish and chips were delicious, and the mac n cheese was pretty tasty as well! The mushroom burger was amazing, the loaded fries were on point, and the shotgun shrimp appetizer was great. Our server sarah was attentive and took very good care of us.

We arrived 5:00pm on Sunday. We got a table immediately. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted by a server. It was the server’s birthday and she did not appear happy to be there. She was bothered that she had to take our drink order and stated “I don’t know why they keep putting people in my section. I’ll take your drink order but someone else will be serving you guys when they get here”. She never put our drink order in and when Paco arrived we finally got our drinks after 30 minutes.
The good thing about the menu is that they have everything from pizza to steak to lasagna to shrimp tacos. The bad thing about the place is that they have everything on the menu and don’t have anything that they specialize in that’s great.
Burgers were actually pretty good if you like thick patties and big appetite; Bacon and guacamole were flavorful; Seasoned fries crispy and tasty. Wings were horrible. Undercooked rubbery skin and the buffalo hot was a thick puréed sauce; not great flavor or texture. Shrimp tacos were just ok.
Was very busy. People seem to like it or perhaps just great location in close proximity to the theater that draws people in. It’s a cool atmosphere with Lots of televisions and huge bar for watching a game and hanging with friends.

Not only are the beers ice cold, the food is EXCELLENT for a chain restaurant. Today we tried 2 other “pet friendly” restaurants and were shunned by both. Here the welcomed us in with warm smiles and on point service. Thank you to the management cause you run a great establishment.

Bubba’s is one of our favorite places to go. So many things to choose from so it’s easy for our family to go there. Super reasonably priced and the beer is always ice cold. Our server was awesome as per usual. The bathrooms though are not clean and usually aren’t when we go. They definitely need some attention. They weren’t super busy when we went but the other staff that was there seemed like they weren’t happy to be at work at all. We know serving life might not be the most glamorous, but they seemed super unhappy. Food was 10/10 as per usual. We will definitely be back.

Driving up to the establishment at 2:30 in the afternoon, I was shocked to see the parking lot completely full. Always a good sign! I was able to be seated as soon as I walked in, so extra points for that.
I had the spinach dip to start and it was so good. I highly recommend adding a bit of salt as it really made the flavors pop. The Focaccia bread served with it was really good as well.
The main courses were a Monte Cristo and a Philly Cheese Steak. Both were served with the Fire Fries, which were just the right amount of spicy. Everything was fantastic. Truly. Like frfr (only teens will understand that)
My strawberry lemonade with diced strawberries was so sweet and delicious I wanted to take home a gallon.
My margaritas were over the top amazing. They do NOT hold back on the pours. I’m not sad.
Ambiance was fun, lots of tv’s and neon signs. I liked having many options of what to watch.
My server Navea was a total rock star! Very knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. I would go back just to have her as a server!
All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant. Do go as soon as you can!

I enjoyed my dinner here. Having a few options as I was in the hotel behind Bubbas, I think I made a good decision eating here. Plenty of drink options. Food menu was huge – so many different choices. Bar top server was a bit preoccupied with her phone before she noticed I sat in front of her. Ordered a burger and the Shotgun shrimp. I definitely recommend the shotgun shrimp. Tiny little kick, but overall cooked perfectly and a fantastic appetizer. Also ordered a burger sub with salad. Took another few minutes before the bartender came back around from her duties to finally get me a set of silverware. Great priced beer. Really neat they have two separate bars. One is inside, and one is outside within a heated tent type structure. Lots of TV’s! They were very willing to change the channel to something you wanted to watch. I’ll return again.
