What a wonderful place. We went for breakfast and had our choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is in view of a babbling Brook nearby. Inside seating is high stools and tables. Breakfast was ample portioned and delicious. If you miss the State College Diner grilled stickies, try the cinnamon bun French toast here.

Went there about a week ago with a friend of mine for breakfast, got sat directly after another table got sat (quite literally got sat together), watched the other table get their drink orders and receive their drinks and no one had come to our table yet. We figured they were just very busy and taking it one table as a time, and as a server myself I understood. We waited another 20ish minutes, and during that time we watched a table not only seat themselves, but also receive a server, get drinks, and place their order before anyone had even come up to greet my friend and I. At this point now we had been there for well over 30 minutes, menu had changed to lunch, and we haven’t even been asked what we would like to drink. We, yet again, decided to give them some grace and waited another 10 minutes before getting up and walking out. I tipped $2 for the girl that sat us and we left. Overall, spent well over 45 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table and greet us. I rated good because this was the second time I had gone and the food was amazing during my first experience. Our server the first time was Lauren and she was extremely sweet, but I can’t say anything good about my second experience going there. Though I will continue to recommend this place to people, I recommend you reconsider how you are approaching busy hours and training staff appropriately for it. Again, still amazing food and I will continue recommending this place to friends and family.

A MUST stop if you are in the area! We were here for softball tournament. Excellent customer service. We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered. And made to feel welcome. We had planned just to grab coffees and go but chose to get a table. Such a nice atmosphere. Loved that it was Patriotic too. Coffee options were great!

Seated and took 15 min to get menus and drink orders, then ordered food and it took 40 minutes to get our food when it was not that busy. We ordered two blueberry lattes, and there was no flavor of blueberry, just a little drop at the top and it was honestly not worth the $7 each. Heard such great things about this restaurant and even saw their TikTok’s, but I was disappointed. Definitely not worth the hype, would not recommend.

Had an incredible experience at Café at the Mill. It was quiet, the service was great, and I got my food in good time. It was insanely good! My bestie got a nice-looking burger, and the waiters were awesome. Lauren was a huge help and had such a bubbly personality. Highly recommend!

My son and I stopped in for the first time. It has a handicapped entrance in the back and is otherwise handicapped accessible including the bathroom. It is so beautiful inside and the staff were so kind and helpful. We couldn’t stay long so we only had hot chocolate but the menu options all looked delicious.

We’ve been here a few times before and usually enjoyed it, but our most recent visit was unfortunately the worst experience we’ve had there.

Service was painfully slow — it took forever just to have our order taken, and even longer for the food to come out. By the time it did, the home fries were stone cold, like they had been sitting out for ages.

The drinks were a disappointment too. We tried a specialty coffee, the lavender lemonade, and a fruit refresher — all of them were so overly sweet they were practically undrinkable. Creative ideas, but very poorly executed.

To make matters worse, our server never once checked in after dropping off the food. We waited another 10–15 minutes after finishing before finally giving up and heading to the register ourselves. The lack of care was really surprising.

It’s a shame, because this place once felt like a fresh and exciting spot for locals, but it’s quickly sliding into “just another average diner” territory. Hopefully management takes note and turns things around, because right now, Café at the Mill is missing the mark.

Went out to Sellersville today to try Cafe @ the Mill and was not disappointed.

For a Monday morning, the place didn’t have an empty seat! Started with a cappuccino which was great. I opted for a fall special of cinnamon roll French toast which came with bacon (I added some pork roll, too). The dish had a nice balance of sweet and salty and was cooked perfectly. Servers were friendly and attentive. Will definitely return to try more of their drinks and menu.

Came here after a walk around the area and the food was quick and delicious. Waitress was nice and had great recommendations. Price for the proportion of food we had was great. We were on the deck outside and saw the creek next to us.

I came here with a few long time friends. We enjoyed the food, delicious lattes, and the relaxed environment. We must have talked for at least two hours and never felt rushed or like we should leave. We did choose enough time hoping this would be possible.
