Got the Chicken Satay Appetizer as pictured…dry, hard overcooked.
Got the coconut chicken. Chicken pieces were crunchy, dry and overcooked.
Got the Chicken hibachi bento box…chicken was dry and overcooked.
Got the sezchuan tofu…surface of tofu was…you guessed it dry and overcooked but inside was good.
Not considering a return trip.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Please add carrots to your hibachi! It really is my favorite and had I known I would have asked for them. I had steak Hibachi and the meat was perfect. Also, would prefer Coke products over Pepsi any day. Thank you

We’re visiting Knoxville for a short getaway and ordered Uber Eats instead of going out. Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience.
When ordering takeout from an Asian restaurant, especially items like edamame and plain white rice, it’s reasonable to expect basic condiments like soy sauce. Our entire order came with two packets of duck sauce and two packets of yum yum sauce, but no soy sauce at all. Yum yum sauce is more expensive to make, yet the most basic staple was missing.
We called the restaurant to let them know. While the location is about 20 minutes away and we had no car, they offered no discount, refund, or compensation, and simply told us that we should have requested soy sauce. I’ve honestly never experienced an Asian restaurant where soy sauce has to be specifically requested.
Since we’re not local and won’t be ordering from here again, the lack of accountability made the experience even worse. Overall, poor attention to detail and disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.

Food is great, and anytime I’ve gone with my family of 4 I have had no issues, but clearly they are not ready to handle bigger parties. Imagine my embarrassment when I convinced my coworkers to order take out for lunch (10+ people) only to find out that when you call to tell them several items are missing they will call you a liar not only on the initial call, but will then CALL YOU BACK to continue to tell you you’re a liar. Food is a 10 out of 10, but today’s encounter makes me wonder if the food is worth the unprofessional behavior by the employees.

The Soups were really good. The teriyaki chicken hibachi was beyond disappointing. Apparently the “teriyaki” (no flavor) was in the sauce/soup of noodles and the driest chicken was tossed on top. I’m not sure how to get chicken that dry and flavorless. The fried rice had no flavor.

Tldr; Overall, a very pleasant Asian restaurant. Great for casual meal.
The space is clean and well decorated. Nothing is visibly out of place or broken. The food servings are large relative to price and the staff are friendly. This is a very practical restaurant and we will be coming back for when we don’t feel like cooking at home! The food is a little salty and oily but otherwise no compliants.

My overall score is based on the food only. The server was a B+; the atmosphere was quiet and clean, but can’t speak for the kitchen. However, the food was well below average… bland, heavy sauce/gravy, and meat that looked and tasted steamed… similar to previously frozen meat covered in no taste gravy then microwaved. Will not return based on food alone.

The thing I liked the BEST here was the egg drop soup — simply delicious!!!!! The steamers weren’t bad and the sushi was good. However, the Kung Pao chicken was not so good. Here was my issue with the Kung Pao… it seemed that they were using the same chicken as they would use for General Tsao and the sauce seems to taste like it had a sweeter flavor like the General Tsao as well!!!!

Let me tell you why I will NEVER return to this restaurant and give them my hard-earned money… the waitress. Maybe she was having a bad day… maybe she wasn’t feeling well… maybe she was mad at her kids… I don’t know, but she was HORRIBLE!!!!! Absolutely one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever had; and I go out to eat A LOT!!!!! Now, don’t hate on me because I still tipped her, but she was absolutely terrible, and not worthy to be tipped! Like, I was so upset because I really wanted to return for the egg drop soup alone, but my money can go to a place where it is appreciated!! And, that, ladies and gents, is my two cents!!

Can’t believe this place is not rated 5 stars!! Great asian cuisine we got the crab rangoon’s, sesame chicken with rice, & sweet sour chicken with rice it was all 10/10!! Very hot and great size proportions. Definitely give this place a try!!
