A hidden oasis in Stafford’s restaurant desert. The only upscale restaurant and the only real Italian restaurant for miles around in a very unassuming location. So authentic you need a translator to read the menu. The only problem was that our server had trouble understanding us as well. My wife wanted to add some sausage to her spaghetti, and he brought out a full sausage on the side, which of course cost almost $10. It was good though! He also said the dish I ordered was meatless when it did, in fact, contain meat, which is fine for an omnivore like me. But what if I was a vegetarian? That would not have gone over well.

Last night we had an absolutely amazing experience at this Italian restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. The place was very clean, well organized, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion.
We were celebrating Valentine’s Day, and they had the beautiful detail of decorating our table. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that truly made our evening even more special.
The service was outstanding. Isaac, who took care of us, was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. He made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. Even before we ordered, they offered us water and fresh bread with a delicious sauce that was simply amazing.
For our appetizer, we had the octopus, and it was phenomenal — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also ordered two main courses, both absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
We enjoyed two cocktails as well — a martini and an Old Fashioned, each with a unique twist. The texture, balance, and flavor were exceptional. You can truly tell they put care and craftsmanship into every drink.
To finish the night, we had a delicious tiramisu (we were told it’s made in-house), along with a cappuccino. The perfect ending to a wonderful evening.
This was truly a memorable experience. Not only is it a perfect place to celebrate special occasions like Valentine’s Day, but it’s also somewhere we will definitely return to for another great meal. Highly recommended.

This was my first time. I can say that the server is helpful and patient. The food is fresh and it is the best Italian food I have ever tasted in my life. Zibibbo did not disappoint. Shout out to Isaac.The best authentic Italian restaurant in town.

Positively delicious! The waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. It’s a relaxed environment just a stone’s throw from Quantico. Try the Tagliatelle con Ragu’ di Cinghiale (fresh pasta in a wild boar ragu’ topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano) it’s phenomenal.

This place is a hidden GEM in Stafford. The food was delicious. Good portions and wonderful flavor. The dessert I picked was not my favorite but still good. Our server Amy was great and kind. We had to sit outside but thankfully it was nice weather. Parking is not great but would not affect us returning.

We had an amazing meal & experience at Zibibbo 73. We ordered the calamari (best I’ve had in the Stafford area), arancini, meatball’s & bolognese. Also tried their Aperol Spritz and limoncello. Nothing we tried disappointed – will definitely be returning!

I didn’t expect much from here, but it definitely exceeded all expectations. The interior was nicely designed, and their service was nice.
