Ordered our food and was told it would be 40 minutes for delivery. 20 minutes after that so not food and when they called the store, they said they were going to Uber it to us and Uber hadn’t picked it up yet. Yet when contacting the driver, they told us it was stolen. Conflicting stories no help wouldn’t recommend the store. They say they’re going to refund our order but no confirmation email no nothing so far definitely will be reaching out to corporate.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced with my recent order.

Order Details:
• Original Order Date: Monday, October 27
• Scheduled Delivery Date/Time: Friday, October 31 at 11:00 AM
• Confirmation Email Received: Tuesday, October 28, confirming delivery for October 31 with an estimated arrival of 11:10 AM

Issue Summary:
On Friday, October 31, at approximately 10:12 AM, I began receiving text messages and calls from the delivery driver, stating she was two minutes away. This was nearly an hour earlier than my scheduled delivery time. When I attempted to ask why the delivery was early, communication was difficult as the driver primarily spoke Spanish and I speak English.

I sent a coworker downstairs while I contacted the store. After being placed on hold for an extended period, I finally reached someone who understood my concern about serving cold pizza to my staff due to the premature delivery. I was offered two options:
1. Use insulation bags to keep the pizzas warm, or
2. Cancel and reorder to ensure fresh pizzas, with an estimated delivery of 12:30 PM.

I agreed to cancel and reorder based on this conversation. However, shortly after placing the new order, I received a call from another employee (who did not provide her name or title) stating my order would be canceled because “the pizzas had already been made.” When I explained that the driver did not speak English and had dropped off the pizzas prematurely—and that I had already been told I could reorder—I was told that it “didn’t matter.”

I found this dismissive, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the customer service I expected from Papa John’s. I was even questioned about why I scheduled my order for that specific time, which I found inappropriate. I advised that I placed my order at the specific time because the last time I placed an order, it arrived late.

Ultimately, I had to reorder from another Papa John’s location, which was able to accommodate my request promptly and provided excellent service.

Request:
I hope this incident will be reviewed and addressed to ensure better communication, professionalism, and flexibility in meeting customer needs in the future. I would also appreciate a follow-up or goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience this caused during a planned staff engagement event.

I came to pick up an order for Door Dash and it was closing time. The staff waited for me in order to complete the order. Not all restaurants do that. Not only did they stay to make sure the order wasnt canceled but they also blessed me with a free pizza that had been made and canceled earlier… it was definetly a humbling experience! 100 out of 10

I’m extremely disappointed with this Papa John’s on Biscayne blvd . I called to check the status of my pizza, and the employee named Luis hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I wasn’t rude or demanding I just wanted an update on my order. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again unless they fix their attitude and treat customers with basic respect.

I had the worst service in the history of the world from this Papa John’s. First it took me 30 minutes to get through to them. Next they claimed they delivered my order and they never did. I called them back and they said they would send a new order out.

6 hours after ordering I received one cardboard like cold pizza. I never received my cookie and bread sticks. The pizza was awful. I called back and asked where my cookie was two different times and both times they lied to me and said it was on the way and they never delivered.

I also complained to corporate about this and never heard back about a refund. They are awful!
