Stopped in for lunch here, got seated quickly and our waitress Katelyn was super friendly and extremely helpful. She got our drinks quick and we had our food out within 10 mins. They have the best sweet potatoes here and we love their side salad. The bathroom was a bit messy but other than that a great visit.

Texas roadhouse restaurants are my favorite one for birthday parties.
But yesterday I had a little bit different experience than I was expecting.
I ordered well done bone in ribeye, it came with where it dried half and bloody half. it was horrible experience. I also ordered baked potato with cheese on the top, he came with cheese and bacon on the top. That was crazy. of course waitress asked me to replace it. I didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes. I have to eat and leave. I would love to see if they listen order carefully

Went last night for a date with my husband and boy was it packed! I added ourselves to the waitlist before we left downtown AVL and by the time we parked and checked in online we were ready to go in and be sat! We were sat in Katelyn’s section and she was ABSOLUTELY wonderful in every way! So poised, personable and prompt with her service. We will be back soon! All of our dishes were remarkably delicious as well!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt led to tonight. My husband and I came in after a long day a few days ago, and I had a lot on my heart. That sweet little server of ours was such a blessing. Emily may be a tiny thing, but she was carrying one of those big trays loaded down like it was nothing! I told my husband that alone deserved five stars.
From the warm smile when she greeted us to the way she kept our drinks filled and made sure everything was just right, she handled it all with grace and patience. You can tell when a young lady was raised right and takes pride in her work.
As we walked out, I told my husband I was going to say a little prayer for her in the parking lot. The world needs more little girls like that.

I came in at 630pm on a Monday and sat at the bar. There were 6 other people sitting at the bar. I was greeted right away. I ordered a 12oz ribeye with a baked potato and salad. I got my salad and bread. They brought out a rare(cool purple center)New York strip. I asked them if it was a ribeye and she said yes. I told her it was under cooked. I wanted medium rare. She took it back to the kitchen. I know it wasn’t a ribeye. I worked at a Texas Roadhouse while in school. 5 years. They cooked it up but the strip was tough and I couldn’t eat it. I paid for everything tipped and left. I will not be coming back. I don’t like being gaslit.

We enjoyed the waitress and no offense to the other waitresses. Now we ordered 2 20oz steaks, 11oz sirloin steak, and 11oz filet we ordered medium. Well after traveling from Florida to here we were starving. Thought we’d give this place a try. Well as soon as we got our steaks cut them open and they were all rare like mooing rare and cold. So we sent them back and then we get the food back the baked potatoe was hard as a rock. Then we cut into our steaks and they were well done. Lets say never again will we come here or recommend it to anyone. My dog eats better than this

I had an excellent experience here tonight. My server was Wade and he kept the drinks coming as well as the bread. He had one of the best attitudes I could ask for. I had a delicious steak for my main course along with an amazing caesar salad. Texas Roadhouse gets all the stars because of Wade. Thank you Wade!!!
