Holy AMAZING! Food was delicious, from our fried catfish to the fried chicken. We can’t say THANK YOU enough for actually seasoning the food! There are too many restaurants in the area that do not season the food, which is essential! We ordered to go and we live a good 15 minutes away. Even when we got it home, the food was wonderful. Surprisingly affordable for the large portions of food. Wish there were more tables and chairs to sit and dine in. The staff was courteous when taking our Togo order over the phone and very friendly when we arrived to pick up. Location appeared to be clean, just wish there was a warmer seating atmosphere, even if it’s “counter order” (no waitress needed). Love, love, love! We will definitely be coming back. Soooo bummed they are closed Sundays lol.

This is seriously the best chicken I have ever had since I was a kid when my mama made it.( I am 54 now). The food is ALWAYS hot and it’s a great price. The young gal at the counter is very sweet. The guys sure know how to cook!! Y’all keep up the EXCELLENT food and service!

A large piece of flounder on sliced white bread. It gave it a old school vibe and the fish was hot, too big for the sandwich and the slaw rounded it out nicely. The fries had a little seasoning salt and were hot, just way I like it. Service was quick and polite. Reasonable prices. Definitely going back!

We got a catfish sandwich and a whiting sandwich with potato wedges and cheese fries with Cajun seasoning. It was absolutely delicious. And the prices are so fair. Definitely will be back.

Service was great! Restaurant was clean and the chicken was awesome! Cheese steak egg rolls were on point but the chicken egg rolls I ordered seemed more like vegetable egg rolls because they had beans and corn in them and I’ve never had one made as such. I couldn’t tell chicken was in it but I’m not saying that it wasn’t there. Their blue lemonade…just go ahead and get the whole gallon! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Food was very good and fresh. My catfish was fried to order and the chicken was just dropped from the grease. Prices are reasonable and affordable. The food was well seasoned and didn’t need any hot sauce, lol. When in Goldsboro I’ll be sure to visit.

My husband and I had a fantastic meal here!!!
I had the 8pc jumbo shrimp, potato wedges, and a drink, and my husband had the same with a small side of gizzards. He said they were the best gizzards he’s EVER had, and we both agree that the shrimp was amazing! The price was great, the service was quick, and the food was amazing – 10/10!!!
