No Customer Service there when we went to get a late lunch. The hamburgers we ordered, we thought they would be great!!! Not true! Stay away from the hamburgers there! They were cold inside, like they were old and they tried microwaving them. One of the hamburgers, the cheese wasn’t even melted on them! ALL the tables were dirty and when telling them this they didn’t care, so we had to clean one of the tables and seats for us to use. Again, if you want to order hamburgers you will be better off going elsewhere! At least going to a fancy restaurant the server comes to your table and makes sure all is good. Do not recommend this place. When we were almost done eating, someone finally started cleaning the dirty tables!

This place take orders when they are not ready to process them. I placed an order and waited over 20 minutes when I asked about it they hadn’t even at cooking it. I asked for a refund and was told that they would process it the next day… Refuse to give me a receipt of acknowledgement that I need a refund. My only option was to be at their mercy of honoring the refund or take the food… opted for the food as I didn’t trust they would honor the refund… then I Had to wait another 10 minutes for 1 burger. There were at least 3 employees behind the counter . .. more finished a meeting they were holding and just stood around while only 2 workers prep food, there were at least 5 doing nothing but talk and distract the 2 that were prepping food. They put fries in the bag as a “sorry” we make you lost your time .
The burger was greasy and did not look appealing at all. The fries were ok.

Food was fresh but I got a bowl with Salmon that was clearly reheated as it was fishy and had multiple bones. You order on tablets but the staff was friendly. Fresh drinks were interesting but ultimately underwhelmed a little.

Great vibes here! Staffs were very friendly and place was clean! We ordered the steak bowl and Salmon salad with Steak added on. Overall was fresh and good for 8pm. Just hope the steak wasn’t cold and over medium.

If you’re at the Wharf and need something quick and more healthy options, go to Chopsmith. They sell sandwiches, burgers, but also salads and bowls. Staying at a nearby hotel, it took them ten minutes to make our food on a Friday in November. Their burger was decent. My wife enjoyed their shrimp bowl.

First time going to this fast casual restaurant. It’s more of take out spot than a dining spot. Let’s talk food: I enjoyed my sweet and spicy bahn mi with a house salad and drink. My boyfriend agreed that it was good also in comparison to his basic salmon bowl. I would agree his bowl was not elevated at all, so skip it. The drinks were tasty too. I enjoyed the grape limeade personally and my boyfriend enjoyed the mango ice tea. Vibe – natural and tranquil vibe with the plants. Service- needs improvement. They forgot about my house salad in our order so we had to ask where it was for them to make it. The bathroom was clean too. Details matter! Please follow up on your order. I would recommend this spot for a sandwich restaurant.

A nice place that offers many breakfast options, fresh sandwiches, and salads for lunch. Prices are more reasonable than other similar joints in the area but still high overall. The food looks fresh, and the ingredients are there for everyone to see in a clean, organized setting. Service is good despite the language barrier.

I ordered the Tropical Chicken Bowl from ChopSmith and was disappointed with the mangoes — they were sour and tasted like they had gone bad. It really threw off the whole dish. I usually enjoy their food, but this was a letdown.

Great, healthy food prepared right in front of you. Good size portions. Unusual but tasty flavor profiles. Large menu. Good prices for the Wharf. Only thing I didn’t particularly care for was the seating area inside. It was kind of boring and utilitarian. The food quality and presentation doesn’t match the interior design. But I’ll definitely be back!
