Welcome to West Cobb. This Marietta location is perfect it’s only 10 minutes from my house. I frequent this retail shopping center at least 3 times a week. The service was great!!

On door dash waffle cones and cups are listed as served on the side… Saran wrapping ice cream is unacceptable. Ice cream should’ve been placed in the cold stone cup with their cover on top.
Not to mention this is “love it” size and as you can visibly see, it was more like a kid portion. Please make sure to correctly package online orders for other consumers moving forward.

This location will be great when everyone is trained. Staff of young kids were extremely polite and welcoming. Only issue is my quart container of ice cream wasn’t filled. Once the young staff is more comfortable with portion sizes I’m sure it won’t be a problem.

Seemed disorganized, took a while to serve or even say hello and ignored my wife waiting at the ice cream case after me to go to the next person. Didn’t even have my favorite ice cream and apparently no bday awards anymore. Not worth it , sad.

I didn’t notice until the next morning, but when I called, the team quickly fixed the issue without any questions. I’m so thankful—they made it right, and I finally got the ice cream I really wanted! Worst customer service. Went out to buy a cake for mothers day and when we cut the cake there was a plastic wrap inside of it. I spoke with the manager sam and he said he cant do nothing about it. I had my 2 year old daughter and niece eating this cake.
