The wings were inedible. They were burnt to a crisp and tasted like burnt plastic. We had the food delivered and called for a refund but they declined. I took the wings back to the restaurant within 15 minutes and they still wouldn’t refund the money. They said nobody else complained. Evan, the manager was full of excuses. I asked Evan to tast one of the wings and he declined. They shouldn’t serve food that you can’t eat. We will never eat there again.

Usually great pizza. Ordered large pie with extra cheese delivered. Have to say very disappointed. Pizza was cold and it was not extra cheese. Called to complain for the first time. Was told that he had checked as order went out that it did have extra cheese I’m attaching a photo there is no extra cheese. And was sorry for it being cold. But my me and friend who vouched for this place were very disappointed today.

Not bad pizza at all, the sauce was good but very little was applied. (I mean under your typical average). The cheese was also good but very inconsistent throughout the pie. way thicker on some spots and very thin on some other spots no big deal. My favorite part about this pizza was the crust. Very nicely cooked great consistency with a nice crunch. My return to this location is likely. Customer service was great front counter guy was very nice. I rated the atmosphere a low star bc aesthetically when I walked in the kitchen looked old and dirty. But never the less amongst their competitors not the highest rated parlor in the area. But overall not bad Pizza 6.6

I’m new to the neighborhood and this was my first time ordering from this establishment, and let me say I will not do it again. I ordered hot wings with my pizza and asked for them to be extra crispy. When they were delivered they had a horrible smell and were not eatable. They smelled like burnt plastic and were completely burnt and dry. When I called and spoke to Evan the manager and tried to ask for a refund just for the wings he told me no one else has complained as if I was being unreasonable and would only give credit since I ordered online. Seems like a bunch of nonsense and excuses. Why can’t I get a refund if I ordered online and why would I ever order from a restaurant that I had a bad experience with again?

I gave two stars because usually the food is decent. I order from here probably 4x a month but whoever is in your kitchen right now at 12 on a Thursday needs to be fired. I’ve never seen fries this color. It’s very obvious that they just re-fried some old French fries they had laying around. Not only are they clearly over fried, but the taste of old oil and grease is so overwhelming I gagged and had to spit it out. WE CAN TASTE when you haven’t changed the oil recently. Hopefully y’all replace whatever lazy cook is in the kitchen right now.

The food here is usually amazing, we order about once a week. Tonight the food came cold with items missing. We called immediately, they said they would handle it. We recieved a call 10 minutes later stating they didnt miss items and then said do you really want us to still send them. I said yes, thats why I called. Its been 40 minutes now and nothing. Looking at other reviews, it looks like arguing when they miss things is normal. Good food, not great service.

So, we regularly order pizza from this place and tonight we got a special treat in our pizza. We called them to let them know and they took zero responsibility. They blamed GrubHub. They said it was probably oregano. They made every excuse possible and at no time took any responsibility. Even the manager dismissed the severity of the situation. This piece of wood literate gags one of my guests!
Absolutely terrifying and terrible customer service. Take some responsibility! We will NEVER order from here again and will be reporting this to the heath department. Be wary of a company that takes no responsibility!!

Pizza is usually decent. However, I ordered two pizzas for dinner tonight and they tasted horrible. We couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing it away. Not sure what has changed.

Great food. Friendly staff. I usually order every Thursday night. Pizza, wings, garlic knots and calzone. Best “NY style” pizza around. The large calzone is HUGE, served with 2 large sides of sauce. Garlic knots are so good. My favorite are the mild wings. Not spicy but overall great flavor. Amici’s Pizza is a favorite in my house.

Went in there and ordered a calzone and garlic knots for my parents and when I asked how long so I knew how long I could walk around Publix I was rudely told 20 minutes which I then cancelled my order. I will never go here again to order anything! Went somewhere else and was met with people happy to be at work without attitudes
