Seen this place on TikTok and the food looked good. I got the Philly cheesesteak and pizza puff and the pool aid. Everything was good. I’ll definitely be going back to try the rib tips because tx doesn’t have rib tips and back home we did. I highly recommend

Sadly I had to remove my 5star review. Yesterday I placed an order and he short changed me. And when I politely mentioned it to him he tried to tell me I gave him 3 5’s. I know I handed him a twenty dollar bill and two dimes. And he handed me two dollar bills. He eventually gave me the $5 that was owned. He looked at my reciept then went to the kitchen. He was alone working the kitchen and the register. There was just me and two gentlemen that came in after me in the lobby. Mr. Hersey came from the back with my food in a bag triple knotted. I thought that was odd. It was hard to get the bag open. I always eat my fries first because I hate soggy fries but it was so hard to open the bag. Once I opened it, I noticed white foam on my mild sauce. This man SPAT ON MY FOOD BECAUSE I CAUGHT HIM STEALING $5 FROM ME! I’ve been coming to his establishment for a long time now. He has given my daughter kool-aid and he was always very friendly. But yesterday his demon showed. I went back to work and couldn’t focus on my client. I’ve referred so many people here and to be treated the way I was made me feel low down and dirty. Im still torn over this. I will never spend anymore money here. I hate tearing a small business down because I have one. And that’s how I take care of my family, but I can not stay silent. How many others has he done this too?

It was our first time here, the dining room was small, but nice and it was an excellent experience. Food is made to order. Chicken wings were fried perfectly, and the bbq sauce was on point. I wish the lemon pepper wings were a little better seasoned. The pizza was really good. I just could have had a little more toppings, but the flavor was good. The Philly Cheese Steak was amazing, too. Hershey also came out to say what’s up to all the customers.

I went here on Saturday 1/10/26. I’m from Chicago and had the food before, here and back home. I must say it was my first time ordering the pizza. I got 1/2 sausage/pepperoni which my partner enjoyed and the other 1/2 ground beef/spinach, I thought that it could’ve been seasoned better and cooked longer. the ingredients were sliding off of the dough. I also ordered the 4 wing dinner, the wings were over cooked and very few fries.

Philly, Italian, pizza and chicken sandwich was ordered and provided to us got and fresh. The food was good over all and the famous kool-aid tasted just as I expected. Brought back memories from when I was a kid. I even thank the cook for the tasty meal. Coming back for sure to try new things!

The food was disgusting. Sorry, not sorry. To be straightforward and honest like I always am, this is the furthest thing from what is advertised or even rated as. The food was soggy, flavorless and processed. Cheaply made and poor quality. Nothing was home cooked or homemade. It seemed like everything came microwave ready. A complete travesty honestly because the ratings fooled me. The fish nuggets were so soggy, flavorless, and similar to mystery meat. The breading/batter used was ridiculous and resembled a puffer vest. The fries were stiff, undercooked and flavorless. Decided to opt for cheese fries, and the cheese had the worst texture and taste. Obviously processed and the equivalent to Barbie food. The black napkins leaves dye all over your hands and face. I don’t know whose idea it was to choose dark and dyed napkins. The containers they used do not have ventilation so the steam is a makeshift broiler and your food is left soggy like it did P90x at the local gym. The Philly is disrespectful. It is so loose and poorly made that even the bread wanted to escape. It crumbled from even looking at it. The pizza puff is nothing more than a “sauce” burrito. Nothing pizza or puff about it. No authentic restaurant advertising classic Chicago cuisine or staple cities has ever lived up to the standards they think they have. The only way people are rating this as good is because they haven’t been to Chicago. Also poor management/ownership. Do not recommend.

It’s a small place not really for dine-in, however, there are a few tables and seating. It was busy, but line moved quickly to place order. Orders were being taking via phone also. I ordered 4 items off the menu and it was about 35 minutes and $$…The chicken was a little salty for my taste but everything was well seasoned and cooked well (wings, shrimp, fish). Wings came with a red mild sauce and the shrimp/fish came with a scoop of cole slaw, tarder sauce, and some green relish sauce. I was expecting the pizza to have a little crispy since it was thin crust, never the less it was good.
Overall, it was good. I would call ahead next time to avoid the wait.

Everything here is FIRE! The Italian beef is straight from Chicago! Doesn’t compare to Portillos! The rib tips are made just like Chicago !! AMAZING! The koolaid is so good (Mississippi Mud is the best flavor!). I come here about 5 times now and haven’t been disappointed ever! The chicken wings with the mild sauce…OMG! Literally everything on the menu is good! Even the coleslaw and I’ve never liked coleslaw! I would have uploaded a picture of the food but it was gone already

I ordered two pizzas (one large, one medium) for takeout. From the start, the cashier was unfriendly, and after we skipped the tip option on the payment screen (since this was a to-go order), her attitude noticeably worsened.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Shortly after eating the food, I became extremely ill and experienced severe diarrhea for four days. This was a very upsetting and concerning experience.
Between the poor customer service and getting sick after eating here, I will NEVER eat here ever again and cannot recommend this place.
