I’ve always loved Lee’s but have to give a shoutout and 5 stars to this location!
My Mom preordered a large amount of food for our family’s Christmas get together, and everything was fantastic!
The food was fresh and packed extremely well! It was obvious that a lot of care went into making sure everything was good. They included a box full of sauces and condiments, plenty for everyone! The boxes and containers were very nice and sturdy!
Service was friendly, communication was great, and they were very helpful with transporting and loading up the order at pick up.
Our family loved everything and raved over it!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if you ever need a large order!

We served my daughter’s favorite chicken for her graduation party and it was delicious! We worked with Todd and Michael. They were both wonderful. Todd got back to us quickly with ordering and questions. Michael delivered and set things up for us. He delivered all the way to our home in Galena! He was a real blessing during the party crunch time!

In the area traveling. Hubby brought some of this chicken back to the camper last week. Delicious. So while out today, we stopped for more. As soon as I seen the sign, I knew I’ve had this chicken before growing up in Jacksonville fl. When I looked it up. Looks like that location closed. No wonder I forgot about it. But this chicken is good and juicy.

I am really disappointed in this location. I have been coming here for years and now two times in a row at dinner time I am told they are out of crispy chicken.

We actually went through drive-thru. Lady was nice and patient. Food was ready quickly and good. And it stayed hot until we got home in around 15 minutes.

I bought an 8 pack family meal with sides and extra side and a straw biscuits. The girl who worked at the window was not very friendly. I asked for honey and she handed me 3 packets. The sarcastic “have a lovely day” was her last comment before she shut the window. I spent $40.
I got home to find I had been given 4 small pieces of chicken. 2 small legs and 2 tiny thighs. I contacted the store and was told to bring everything back in. I go back to the store and wait in the drive thru since they are closed inside. Same girl. Same terrible customer service. I got my 8 pieces this time but got 10 dry overcooked biscuits and a not full cup of green beans.
This location has gone down hill badly. Should have got my money back and went to KFC. Pretty sad when KFC is better than lees

Went through drive thru. Young lady at window was very polite and friendly. Food is always good. Can’t go wrong with Lee’s chicken in Newark Ohio.
