We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I cannot say enough great things about Rocky, the restaurant manager. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure our entire family felt welcomed and comfortable, especially with our toddler.
Dining out with a little one isn’t always easy, but Rocky showed incredible patience, kindness, and genuine care. She made thoughtful accommodations, checked in on us personally, and truly ensured that we could relax and enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or stressed. I’ve worked in this industry myself, so I truly understand what exceptional service looks like and Rocky’s effort was sincere, intentional, and rare. Her professionalism, compassion, and leadership did not go unnoticed and made a meaningful difference in our experience.

Been to Millers several times before, always decent food and service at fair prices. Stopped at the Millers in Miami Lakes before leaving for a cruise. What a mistake that was! Server, Luis was OK initially, but really did not pay attention to what we were saying or ordering. Acted liked he was not happy to be there at all. Food came, and while my order was correct, my wife’s was totally wrong. Server that brought the food just walked away, never said a word…then we waited and waited. Never heard back from our waiter or anyone at all. I finished my meal, but NOTHING was ever brought for my wife or did ANYONE check on us. Waited over 20 minutes, but again, no one ever asked if we needed any refills or updated us on our lost meal. I finally stopped a manager and explained this to him. He apologized and about 10 minutes later, she finally got her food. Again our server was totally absent, never once stopped by to check on us or follow up with us. The manager did remove her meal from the bill and gave us a dessert for the mix up. However, when we got the bill, I was charged for extras, which I never ordered, either. I just paid the bill and wanted out! I realize mistakes happen, but it’s just common sense to step up and acknowledge the error, then correct the problem properly. Both our server and the manager need some lessons in proper customer service.

We got there and we were attended promptly, (we were a party of 10 people). The waitresses were really nice and attentive to us, the food was prepared fast and portions were big enough. We definitely will come back to this place soon, is hard to find nowadays a place with this characteristics when you go out to dine.

I placed an online order for 11:45 a.m and also called them to verify. They told me that everything was okay, that on Mondays they are super slow I went to pick up the order and they didn’t have the order ready, like the order wasn’t even in the stove. I called and asked for a credit because of their error and they just offer a full refund without the order. We are employyes that clocked out fir lunch and have to clocked in at an specific time. How you supposed we are not getting lunch??!! I loved you guys but this was the worst experience I had with you. I will think again before placing another order there.

Just left the place because I sat there for 30+ minutes outside and 1 waiter said he was going to help us and he never did. A party 6 came in 20 min. after us and they were taken care off.
I sat outside with my wife waiting and several staff members walked by passed us and didn’t acknowledge us. We left, shame on the Ale House for treating a long time customer like that. The atmosphere was great that’s the only good experience I took.

I havn’t eaten at a Millers Ale Houe in years. I enjoyed the Lancaster,PA store. Well I was thinking about a lunch after my Dr’s. appointment & to be truthful I was heading for Jersey Mike’s Subs.
But what hit me cruising down the street was Miller’s! It was about 12noon on cloudy Tuesday. I was quickly seated & presented that the huge menus! What interested me was the Lunch Special platters. I ordered the Meatloaf With Mashed potatoes & Broccolli, the fish & chips & the monday/Tuesday full rack of baby back spare ribs with a baked potato! Sound like a lot because I was taking food home for dinner & maybe tomorrow. Everything was served hot, juicy, saucy & large portions! It was a full rack lighty sautéed. Now let’s talk about price/value/quality! The 2 platters were $7.95 each, the ribs were $15.95 for a ton of great pub food. Now in comparison the Jersey Mike’s 6″ sub is $10.25 & that’s just a sandwich! Angelica was super! I’ll be back for the pork shank dinner!

Late lunch on a quite Thursday afternoon. This time I sat outside in the bar area. It’s Thursday so I wanted to try their beef prime rib platter. I went for the 16oz $26 size. It included one side so I chose a baked potato. I added a portion of onion rings & a house salad. Great service as the bar area began to fill up. The prime rib came out in about 10 minutes with the sides. Everything was hot & juicy. The meat was tender, juicy & had enough fat to add to the flavor. My only complaint was that it was cooked medium & I asked for rare! Overall great lunch!

Delicious food, good ambiance, lovely decor. Perfect music choice, very clean, they did take good care of us and pay attention to every little detail. Everything was delicious since I tasted from every plate. The lady suggested the creole sauce with mahi, delicious delicious to the Max, I see myself going there often for more varieties.
One more think the garlic bread is so good next time I’ll order more and more
