I dislike sending bad reviews but this is a potential health hazard. I was really hungry and got about halfway through my sandwich before realizing there’s mold on the bread. I wanna say it’s a hot spot from the oven, but it looked fuzzy- y’know, like MOLD. I wish I’d gotten a better picture. We weren’t offered a receipt and the website has no way to contact corporate except through a form that’s hard to find, which doesn’t have a space to submit photos, and it gave me an error message every time I tried to submit said form.
Also, can we turn down the music in the store?

When entering, none of the 3 girls greeted the only customer to walk in..me! Which prompted me to walk to order line which I was rudely informed I had to wait as she cleaned up. Ok no problem, seeing she east busy I asked the other girl 2 questions regarding the size and topping, which the cleaning female answered rudely. Food was great. Customer service has sadly plummeted.

Overall, just great. They accommodated with all my requests which, if I’m honest were a bit much on this particular trip but they didn’t disappoint by any means 🙂 the sub was great, the store was very well kept and the crew… AS ALWAYS are very pleasant ❤️ I will definitely be going back!

We have to drive a long way to get Jersey Mike’s and I really like the number 11 this was our first time going to this store and they forgot to put the vinager on my sub. It was okay but it could have been better.

I’ve not tried the food, but the way that the employees treat their pick up drivers is deplorable! One specifically grabbed a bag out of a drivers hands! They need to remember that they make money from the Uber and Doordash orders! A little kindness goes a long way!

Recommended by a friend- and I was NOT disappointed!! First off, that store is clean! Staff were all stocking and wiping prep areas – dining area looked fantastic, I was very impressed.
First time customer and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Crystal and Lilliana have outstanding customer service skills and deserve to be recognized!! My order was flawless, and served way faster than I was expecting.
