Patrei rang us out yesterday and she was so awesome! She enthusiastically gave us 3 pup cups for some dogs we were going to be meeting for a potential adoption. Her friendly and welcoming nature, along with the atmosphere of the dining area, made us definitely want to come back!

Yes this location managed by Nick has really amazing staff. I realize that Starbucks has a brand of great customer service but this location goes above and beyond their customer service level. I am grateful for the great staff such as Patrea, Zoe, Sarah, Natalie, Kylie among others. But one person whose heart is so kind and is very business minded and customer service centered is Nicole. I realize you are moving into a bank of America building and expanding. If there is a capacity for another lead, this should be her. She has a potential and acumen for a manager so this location needs to make sure they cultivate her natural gifts because she is definitely an asset to this franchise and location. Thank you so much!

I love Starbucks but it is getting extremely expensive and sometimes not so good. It depends on who is making it. I switched location because my one I had been going to for about 17 years is getting new people in, that after spending almost $7 for a drink, was not good.

Thanks for adding salt to my wound of losing my dog. I was trying to cheer myself up by treating myself to some Starbucks. I received 3/4 full Tall Pumpkin Spiced latte. My egg white and turkey bacon breakfast sandwich was literally a piece of egg white on a muffin. What a joke! I guess I got jipped because I didn’t leave a tip??? The 7th St Starbucks, Frederick, MD is a huge let down. Never again.
