The food was good but too salty
I had the salmon which I thought I would be safe from the salt but not.
The service wasn’t to good we had food but no utensils or napkins and when we ask for utensils the waitress went to take orders for another table .
I never been to that olive garden. Ill just continue going back to the one I’m use to in Jenkintown .
You have to try the Italian margarita that drink is excellent

The food was delicious every plate we were served clean as a whistle, the dumpling crème soup left us feeling so full the little dough dumplings especially made us feel delighted. The service was amazing we had a laugh talking about Tobacco. Did I mention how good the peach tea was?

Went to this olive garden few weeks ago. I usually order pick-up but this time went for dine in. Ordered unlimited salad and bread stick deal and for entrees we ordered cheese ravioli and shrimp scampi. The salad didn’t taste as good as it usually do, too salty. Bread sticks were decent. While we were waiting on entrees, I got a call and had leave. So I asked the waiter to pack my entrees. Once I opened the bag, I was shocked by the portion size. I ordered shrimp scampi many times before and all were pick-up orders and the portion were pretty good as it comes in a big to-go box. This time the portion was really small. Is it because I ordered dine ij initially? That shrimp scampy was $30!! And it didn’t taste good either. Cheese ravioli was below par in taste. Such a waste of money. Ain’t never going back.

Rather than stop at the diner half a block up the road, we decided to drop by. We thought it may be crowded since it was Friday evening. FIRST, our server, Lia, created the best atmosphere we’ve EVER been to in an Olive Garden! The food was hot, plentiful, and flavorful. No matter how many bowls of endless soup or salad we asked for, we got them quickly. Olive Garden has always been our once-every-two-months dine in spot when we lived in NY. But now that we’re in Philadelphia, we may have to rethink that.

We had this really nice waiter. He was on top of everything and served us very fast. Even though he had about 3 more tables to serve and it being late at night he still kept a very good speed. The food was good I got the tour of Italy and I 100% recommend. For dessert I recommend the chocolate lasagna, it’s soft and delicious

I had such a wonderful time here. Very welcoming. Our waitress was so nice and helpful. The vibe of the Olive Garden restaurants always gives you a good feel. Managers comes around to make sure everything is going accordingly. Food is always good here. The unlimited breadsticks, soup and salads are great. If you choose soup, you can have different soups every time. Our entrees were hot and delicious. They have a good selection of dessert and the two cakes we got were so good. Overall, great experience.

Josh waited on me today and this review goes to him because honestly, my service was amazing… Food was definitely great and the fact he was always back-and-forth to the table and making sure that we had everything that we wanted and we was completely satisfied… I love his interaction with my kids. Came by on Veterans Day and it was super busy but that did not stop the waitress from being AWESOME! I was surprised at how great the service was and the speed. Food was hot and flavorful and the drinks were great! Will definitely be back soon

My husband, our friends, and I visited this Olive Garden to celebrate our 12-year anniversary. We usually enjoy this location very much, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing mainly due to the service we received from our waiter, Joshua.
From the beginning, his communication felt unprofessional and intrusive. He commented on our accents and asked where we were from, which immediately felt out of place. He also made assumptions about my husband’s profession based on his outfit, which created an awkward feeling. These types of personal questions are not appropriate in a restaurant setting, especially when guests are simply trying to enjoy their time together.
Throughout the dinner, Joshua was very loud and overly casual in his interactions — not just with us, but with other tables as well. He frequently spoke above us to talk to a group seated behind us. Instead of focusing on providing attentive service, he seemed more interested in chatting and joking around, which disrupted our conversation and the atmosphere we were hoping to enjoy on our anniversary.
Some of the comments he made also felt unnecessary. For example, when my husband ordered a margarita with sugar on the rim, Joshua responded in a way that came across as a subtle joke at his expense. These small things added up and did not feel respectful.
The quality of the service itself was also below expectations. Several drinks were served spilled — the margarita arrived with liquid dripping down the sides, and a beer for one of our friends was also messy. A simple lemonade refill took about 15 minutes because the waiter was joking to the group of young women sitting close by, and when it finally arrived after a reminder, there were small pieces of napkin floating in it, which was concerning.
Our food orders were mixed up as well. One friend ordered grilled chicken and received crispy, and I ordered crispy but received grilled. Mistakes can happen, but combined with everything else, it contributed to an overall sense of carelessness.
Additionally, plates were handed to us abruptly, and the table wasn’t cleared throughout the meal, leaving everything crowded and uncomfortable.
I want to emphasize that we genuinely love Olive Garden — the food was delicious, as always, and every previous visit has been great. That’s why this experience stood out so much. The lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and basic etiquette from our server affected what should have been a simple, pleasant anniversary dinner.
