We ordered through the website for pick up and everything was ready exactly when the site said it would be. The food was hot, fresh, and packaged really well. We especially appreciated that they wrote the order numbers on the outside of the bags and matched each one to the burgers inside (such a small detail but incredibly helpful for a young family juggling a toddler and road trip)!
Plenty of parking, the inside was clean, and the burgers and tots were delicious. Thank you for making pickup so easy for parents on the go!

Pretty good fast food place. Typical choices for a burger establishment. Cheese curds, fries, fried pickels, onion rings, chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, burgers. They make good milkshakes, too. Way better than McD’s & Wendy’s.

Food was greasy, but they’re hamburgers, so that’s expected. It also took longer than expected for our order to be ready, but they make things fresh, so again, that’s expected.
Staff was kind and pleasant. The dining room is open and was clean.
I thought the deep fried pickles came with some kind of dip, but they came naked. Ranch would be delicious with them next time.

It’s a good option when in the area but it’s kind of pricey for what you get. The burgers are good but not as good as five guys. They do cook everything fresh when you order but the place is small with limited seating during use times. It’s just ok but there are better options for good burgers in the area.

First time trying Wayback Burger, I spent $52 on an order and my grilled chicken was raw entirely!! As soon as I open the sandwich you can tell it’s raw!! Check picture below I couldn’t speak to anyone cause they had just closed but I will be taking the sandwich back tomorrow.
