They may be going through a remodel but if you can’t complete orders in a timely manner then close until the remodel is done. I placed a mobile order. NOTHING was ready when I got to the window and I had to wait 10 MINUTES for 2 bagels. A mobile order is placed ahead of time for a reason.
Dunkin charges extra for butter packets on the side but you do not get butter packets. You get a scoop of butter in a cup that has specks of other food in it. Disgusting!!!!!!! I will not go to this location again.

I was so happy that the manager at this dunkin loves her merch! So if you’re looking for merch it’s likely here. After searching 6 down on the beach, finally got lots of goodies from a collab I was looking for and got free donuts for national donut day!

I really wish this wasn’t a one-star review, but unfortunately, that’s exactly the kind of service we received today.
From the moment we pulled up to place our order, things started going downhill. When we arrived at the window to pay, the employee who opened it looked visibly ill—she grabbed the top of her shirt to cough into it and appeared like she was about to throw up. Despite this, she continued handling orders and handed our payment back while still coughing.
After being told to pull forward, the food that was brought out was clearly not the $26 worth we had paid for. I went inside and laid everything out on the counter, explaining what was wrong to a young man working there. While I was doing that, the same sick woman walked by again, coughing and throwing her hands in the air, saying something like, “I guess they got avocado toast and other stuff.”
The young man took the incorrect order to a woman in a black shirt—presumably the manager—who confirmed someone got the wrong bag. She then said, “If they come back, give them this,” even though I had already unpacked the food on the counter. Eventually, they remade the order correctly.
While I appreciate that they fixed the mistake, the overall experience was awful. The disorganization, lack of professionalism, and especially the visibly sick employee handling food and money, make me seriously concerned about the health and safety of anyone visiting this Dunkin’ today

Bad service in the morning, I ordered a coffee with caramel and cream and they gave me only candy, besides the one who served me told me that I didn’t have straw. And when you complain they get angry.

The staff is friendly. Service is on the slower side as they always make you pull up to wait. Happy employees make it worth the wait tho.
I can only give the food 2 stars because every time I order a bagel with cream cheese, it’s usually tough and rubbery with a layer of cream cheese so thin, plastic wrap is thicker. Overall, the happy employees make up for the less than desirable food and wait time.
