Do not order delivery! My husband ordered at 7:04PM. Delivery was to be expected at 7:30PM.
The DoorDash person told my husband Pizza Hut was taking forever and sent a picture of the food barely being made after the expected delivery time. The DoorDash driver kept pushing back our delivery time so we know that person is an issue as well. When husband originally called to inform of the issue I heard as they placed him on hold for a while, we understand there may be customers, but after a while they hung up. He called again asked for a manager and they proceeded to hang up right away. If delivery cannot be handled it’s best to make it unavailable as an option, I would recommend not to use DoorDash for their services because clearly they are not trustworthy and Pizza Hut will just lose customers and money. It didn’t help my husband went to the actual restaurant and he still has yet to come home with our order after 40 minutes. I mean who in the world wants to eat their dinner at 10PM. I may have as well made my own damn pizza from scratch because it’s like the damn restaurant went to go milk the cows to make everything from damn scratch theirselves. I

I ordered 2 medium pizzas, cheese breadsticks, and mini cinnamon rolls. I was extremely disappointed. I don’t think I have ever had such a plain dry pizza. The pizza at 7Eleven taste better. Compared to dominos, little ceasars, and Papajohns this pizza was basic. DiGiorno pizza taste better and cost less. I called to ask if pizza hut was trying something new with their recipe. When they said “No”. I have officially now decided I wont order from Pizza Hut ever again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, the delivery driver left the food on the ground, did not knock on door. Called this Pizza Hut to complain and the man who answered blamed it on Door Dash. He did not care about the situation and he hung up on us. Do yourself a favor avoid this place

This store has horrible customer service. This store took a very long time with the order, door dash driver said he was leaving. I called the call center and they transferred me twice to the store, however the store answered and left me on hold for 16 minutes. I hung up and called again and the store hung up on me. This is the worst service and the pizza arrived more than a hour late.
