We came here twice, and both times was a terrible experience. First time was last year, we had a waitress who ignored us for over 30 minutes. when we said something, we received attitude. The manager at that time gave us our meal on the house and apologized, okay fine. maybe that waitress in particular was an issue. Cut to a year later, we try again. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. after one of us standing up, they came over and said that they weren’t our sever but they’d take care of us anyway. okay fine, rushed us through telling them our orders, told us a whole list of things we couldn’t order due to two large parties coming in earlier. Then we waited over 15 minutes again for a coke, they had to change the filters, but first the manager had to count the money? so we had to wait .. My child’s orange juice didn’t even come full.. It took forever for us to get biscuits with our meals. Our chicken was room temp, like it was sitting for a while. there was burnt pieces of cheese in the mac and cheese. about 10 minutes into our meal we were asked if we wanted boxes for our food because our sever had side work to do. We had to ask the hostess to get our check for us. The manager was in the kitchen majority of the time, talking to staff . Didn’t come out to ask anyone how their meal was. I honestly don’t really blame the sever so much, it seems like they’re just overworked and overwhelmed. either way we won’t be coming back.

Enjoyed my meal. Had a late breakfast. Excellent service with Ms. Hope. We were seated quickly,but asked to move by the fireplace. Our request was nicely granted
w/o any fuss or delay. We come here often and the customer service is awesome. Parking is flat and plentiful. Restrooms are close and clean. I plan to continue to dine here.

I’m from north jersey and we do not have a cracker barrel near us we were visiting Lancaster and didn’t have breakfast here just once we came back a second day for food the load tater tot casserole bites were AMAZING!!!!! Along with the breakfast pancakes!!! the bacon Mac and cheese was very greasy but other than that no complaints at alll meatloaf was great aswell if you have a chance to ask for a server ask for (James he was amazing and gave us great service that made us want to comeback)

Nice Cracker Barrel restaurant located in Lancaster, PA right near retail shops and outlets. This is the classic Cracker Barrel atmosphere with the old country store decor and the cool retail store. The food was good and our server was nice and courteous. The place was busy, which is normal for Cracker Barrel but we were seated fast and our food came in good timing. I got the Grandma’s Breakfast Sampler which always gives a large variety of breakfast foods. Prices are pretty decent as well. The employees in the store were friendly as well.

Overall, the place was decent, but not great. There were some things that weren’t so great – for instance, my husband’s steak bits were very overcooked, fries were lacking flavor, and my food was a little bit on the colder side. But other than that, the food was pretty good. One of the highlights was the baked apple side, and the casserole.
Also, the waiter forgot the soup and didn’t realize that it wasn’t even ready to be served (it was still frozen).
And lastly, it took a long time to get our food, while we saw all of the other tables get served first.

So thrilled they got their heads on straight and kept most of the restaurants the way they originally started. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They have such the cutest gift shop with some amazing deals.

The food was amazing and the staff are great. Be prepared to wait a while for food to be prepared, other than that I had a great experience.

Bathrooms need a lot of attention. Trash overflowing, urinals had stuff all over the rim, toilet had dried diarrhea down the front of it, and the floor was black in places.
