I was excited to try a new place out in the area but very disappointed with the food. The service was poor. The people saw us walk in and stayed in the back chatting which was fine while we were deciding on what we wanted but then continued for a good while after we decided. Chips were stale but the salsa was good. I had a Hamburguesa Mexicana and it was horrible. The taste was absolutely bland, cold patty, and cold ham. My spouse had a torta albañilera and it had a bland taste too and weird bitter after taste. Neither of us finished the food. 0/10

Mid at best.
We had been meaning to try the food here for a while and boy is it something else.
Not gonna lie, the food isn’t bad tasting by any means but it isn’t good either.
The Tortas all come with beans(?) and the Tacos come in Tortillas bought at Walmart or something. They do offer hand-made Tortillas but those aren’t great either.
What really tickles me is the meat and their presentation. All of our Tacos came with burnt meat. Black as charcoal. Now, I understand some people like their Tripas well done, but this is way past what anyone expects from this type of meat. In any case it’s something I wouldn’t recommend for anyone. They do have some nice offers like the 20 tacos for $20 during the week but I doubt it’s actually worth it.
The combos came with a cup of Horchata water but, surprise surprise, it’s not natural water. It’s some of that flavored powder you also get from the likes of Walmart. Not horrible by any means but honestly is not anything to write home about, only here in this review.

Let me start off by saying no one can speak English. Not even the boy they have working behind the counter(he can’t be no older than 13). They give me stale chips and horrible salsa. Then I found a hair in my Limonade. So I ask for another one then find something red inside. And the fish tacos which looked really good, were so bland they had absolutely no flavor at all. And on top of all that the lady that waited on me was very rude. Sorry I didn’t get more pics I didn’t decide to make this until after the lady was rude about the hair in my drink and my stale chips. I obviously will not be coming back

My husband and I have been here a few times and I always order the torta it’s very good and huge. They usually forget to bring my drink or only bring my husbands food out and make me wait. I’ve never said anything about it but today I had to write a review I have never been treated this way at a restaurant my husband food came right out 20 minutes later the waitress came to tell me they don’t have the potatoes to make my burrito to pick something else so I did then way more time later they bring me the worlds smallest burrito in a bag and we’re laughing in the back looking at me now I see why I get home and open the burrito and it only has chorizo one tiny piece of lettuce and queso fresco. It’s supposed to been egg, chorizo and ham. Look at the picture and tell me would you eat that?

My husband and I order some tacos, sopes and a gringa .
The order was wrong , they put onions on the tacos when we said no onions, and they gave us the wrong meat for the gringa ,we had to go back to get our food correctly, they fixed the gringa but they didn’t fix the onion problem so we waited more time to get our tacos fixed.
We we came home our food was poorly prepared and the tinga didn’t tasted nothing like chipotle on it.
If they don’t have enough meat for the tacos/food they should tell the clients, by the way the lady who took our order was really rude and she gave us an attitude .
if you can’t deal with people you shouldn’t work with clients.

I live in Allen TX I spent almost $60 here and the and my order was all wrong and I was missing 3 of the ten tacos go to taqueria la benquetta on carol street instead wirth the drive and the meat is tasty this carne is cheap it tough to chew and has a lot of fat I’m Californian and know tacos and these are not it and their location El grande burrito in Allen on Bethany is nasty as well avoid these places there are better taquerias in Dfw don’t waste your time here or the other location not good

Went in to get lunch & the guy named Sergio A. Was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. He says he is the owner. His attitude is arrogant when it comes to customers. When I asked about pricing he acted like it bothered him, I don’t think that is a good way to treat customers, especially if your the owner, this is the prices for just the drinks. I would of bought my plates, but I cancelled my order due to the disrespect I was getting. Not FRIENDLY at all!!!!!!!

I guess if you’re not a regular you don’t have priority ordered two small tacos took about six minutes to make and nobody else was in line and when I got the taco it wasn’t even warm. Simple taco about $4.01 !

They advertise Rioverde Enchiladas . I came to try them and ordered to go (it was a mistake due to the fact that if I was dining there, I would have 100% ABSOLUTELY SENT THESE BACK !!! First off they used french fries which they threw on top instead of actually taking they’re time to make something right. Any enchilada should use fresh ingredients and I have NEVER seen an enchilada with french fries (IN) it. These were more like a ground beef taco with french fries and lettuce on top of it (with absolutely no flavor ).Sorry to say I threw food away but I was NOT GOOD .I am totally disappointed and will never return . I can just imagine how much pride they take in making the rest of they’re food and will not be surprised if it closes or changes ownership.
