After a way to long of a wait time. Got seated. One hour from arrival time to sitting and served drinks. Then finally food arrived. I ordered a pork chop. I was served an undercooked beef patty. My food was also cold. Yes, you served all the meals at the same time.
You got me the wrong animal. I ordered pork. Not beef.
You hat managers are great at holding up walls. Terrible for customer service.
Wrong food, undercooked and cold.
Please close down or get management that cares. Your employees and customers are paying the price for mismanagement.
I will be in person today to file a formal complaint. Great way to treat customers.
PS. I am a 20 year veteran who spent 2 1:2 years in combat. Undercooked meat flared up my PTSD.
I left hungry and very upset.

Took the wife out for a late Valentine’s dinner. She likes to get an 8oz fillet and this has become our go-to location for that. I like how I have options for what I want, and their menu is more accommodating to my dairy allergy that others. Tonight the food was fantastic – her steak and sweet potato made her melt. I treated myself to prime rib that was wonderful. Our server, Taylor, was a ball of energy and spot on without being invasive or pushy. All in all, it was one of the better Texas Roadhouse experiences we’d had. // Marks for Atmosphere – unfortunately, this comes from the nature of their business. Of the choices for good steak, their’s is by far the noisiest, and by the end of the meal we were very overstimulated and ready to go. Any sort of option for a more secluded or subdued seating would be welcomed – perhaps not private rooms as one local steakhouse used to do, but away-from-the-bar like the old Texas Roadhouse location used to have. Between the crowd, the sports bar, and the three birthdays (with the required server clapping and singing), it is always a bit much.

I don’t know what happened in that kitchen today. Or out front. It took 20 minutes to get drinks. None of the steaks were right ffa kid here you cannot list sirloin steak and sell me a new york strip. I paid for a sirloin that what I expect. 2 of the 6 steaks were inedible. The rest were too hungry to send thier “sirloins” back. The 2 sent back were horrible. I opened mine and refused to even taste it it was PURPLE AND MUSHY. My sons steak he tried and it smelled like sweage and tasted like playdough. We weren’t offered new utensils when the correct steaks were sent out. There were so few bathrooms my husband left and took him to a nearby place with adequate restrooms so he could throw up. The table pay system didn’t have a battery and it took 3 tries for them to split the check correctly. The manager tried to correct it but after such a horrendous experience we won’t return to this location. Hope they get thier act together. Normally get the best service at this location

Went on a Saturday, 40 minute wait but worth it. Had a few rolls and ordered my favorite, chicken critters. I had mashed potatoes and Caesar salad for sides. Their mashed potatoes are some of the best I’ve ever had! The potato chunks are so good. Also tried a couple of the appetizers, cheese fries and mozzarella sticks. It’s hard to pick a favorite between the two but if I had to I would probably say cheese fries. Had some good songs playing but it’s hard to hear because of all of the people. That’s okay though. Had a great meal here.

We stopped in on a Thursday night and the place was quite busy and naturally a bit noisy which we expected. We joined the wait list on the app ahead of time and we were seated shortly after arriving. Our server, Skylar, was fantastic. We drank soda and water and we never were empty. Our order was taken promptly and we had rolls right away. We had fried pickles for an appetizer and split the herb chicken. I had a baked potato and my wife had the sweet potato. The fried pickles were good but as is usually the case, we limited ourselves because we can’t handle too much deep fried food. The chicken had a very good flavor. It was a tad dry for my liking but that is always the case when I eat boneless, skinless chicken breast unless it is doused is a sauce. Potatos were great and we left full, especially since Skylar brought us extra rolls. We had a coupon for the pickles and shared a meal so we spend $27 with about $7 of that being a tip.

The steak was hard to eat, not tender at all. We took it home and made our dogs happy!

My husband and I went there last night for my birthday dinner and we both ordered medium steaks. They came very well done (eww). I mentioned it to our server when she asked how the food was and all she said was oh I’m so sorry, do you need 2 or 3 boxes. Paid $65 for 2 meals and the steak wasn’t done how we wanted them. It seems like the last couple of times we have been there the steaks were over cooked. That may have been our last visit for a while.

It was a typical Texas Roadhouse. Lots of steaks on the menu. However, my wife’s ribs were very dry. My small 8 oz sirloin was fine and properly cooked. I consider the restaurant to be pretty expensive. We did not order drinks, just had water and we both had small portions and the bill was 60 bucks chips. The waiter was hard-working and attentive. We went during a snowstorm and the place was about 50% capacity in a way that was kind of nice but it was still very noisy. We hadn’t been in there probably within 5 years and it will probably be another 5 years before we do it again if at all. Nothing special about it.

Service was pretty good but unfortunately everyone’s food came out cold for some reason, we did have a huge wait so assuming food sat for awhile, mashed potatoes literally felt cold as if they had just been pulled out of the fridge, steaks were cold as well. Potatoes felt like warm at best. Only thing that came out warm was the salmon I ordered. Over the waitresses dlis the reason I give 3 out if 5 becuase she was awesome and attentive but unfortunately food coming out cold and extremely long waiting to even relieve food was to much
