I’ve been to a lot of subways, but this one was the worst. The bread was as hard as a rock, (Not even edible) the chicken doesn’t get warmed up because “it’s already cooked and it’s good cold”. Sandwiches with bacon get the “oops I forgot about the bacon”. I definitely returned an inedible sub without a refund.

They ARE NOT TEMPORARILY CLOSED. The sign on the door (which surprised 3 seperate folks in just 5 minutes stopping in for subs …. they are PERMANENTLY CLOSED due to low sales ….
You will have to go over to the Downer St location to get Subway. I’m sorry to the gentleman who walked to the closed location for lunch. I doubt he’ll be walking over to Downer St.

I went to get a sub on a hot day this past monday, the service was top notch! Shelby made me my sub and she was very kind! it was nice and cool inside and I ended up sitting there for a while and I noticed she was doing exquisite work all by herself. If anyone deserves a raise it’s her!!

I ordered a sub and it was completely wrong and missing my cookie. I called and the lady working told us we were wrong and she made the sub correctly. she refused to give us the managers number/name or any one to contact. she was extremely rude and lied straight to us.

Well, if you’re looking for a place to cool off and have a sub I would NOT recommend this place. No AC and their ice machine/ soda fountain doesn’t work. The employees think it’s funny. I thought it was a disgrace. I won’t be going to that one anymore.

First, the staff here is down to earth and attentive. It’s rare to find good employees and theirs are consistently fast and friendly, which is no doubt credit toward good management. Bravo!
But I am consistently overcharged for some reason at this specific location. Its never enough to complain about, but is likewise difficult to ignore. Subs that are on sale I get charged regular price for. Coupons are accepted, but the price is higher before the discount would be taken off, making using the coupon more expensive than if I hadnt at all. Strange.
When I ask for two different kinds of meats or cheese instead of what comes normally, I get charged for double. Its not extra. Just a different variety. Again, the money isnt the issue, just the inconsistency and arbitrariness of it. The price isnt the issue, as I am happy with the place and the product. Just strange and random when I see it on the receipt.
I tried informing corporate before leaving a review and just got a canned message. All I was hoping was for the manager to be informed of what was happening so no one else reacted. I would gladly do it in person but this location is ALWAYS busy and I don’t want to be THAT customer that holds up other patrons to address what really is a subtle complaint.
Again, aside from this anomaly, this is one of the nicest and cleanest Subway locations my wife and I have ever visited.

My son loves Subway. Good place for fast food subs if that’s your thing. The women who work in Baldwinsville deserve a medal. They are very efficient and polite.

At 7:09 went in to subway. Gross white boards missing, table with individual products was torn down. I know that’s incorrect. I should know better to go to any stores within 15 miles cuz they are all the worst ones. THESE STORES NOBODY CARES. DISGUSTING. DON’T WANT TO RATE ANYTHING

Got to subway at 7:45 pm and stood in line til 8:02 pm when the girl working comes up to us and says we cant serve after 8pm. Weird because the door says it closes at 9:30pm. The girl served the guy in front of us then told us. There was 3 people behind the group of 3 we had… Very disappointed..
