They refused to answer any questions that I had. I ordered my food and waited. While I was waiting I noticed that even though they had several fryers and fryer baskets only one was down in the fryer. When the man in the kitchen pulled up the basket it was filled to the brim so tightly that he had to slam the basket a couple of times to loosen the chicken up and separate it. How on earth do we know the chicken is cooked properly when it is shoved together so tightly into a single basket. I recived my order and took it home. I live right dow the street. When I started inspecting my food the fried corn I bought looked like it had just been boiled and still had ice crystals near the cob. I squeezed a piece to check its warmth and cold water leached from it. I open my chicken to discover some totally destroyed wings chunks of meat gone several areas without sauce and tons of bone showing. The lack of meat was most likely the result of the severely overflowing basket of wings. I immediately without taking a bite packed up my order and took it back to the restaurant. When my husband relayed our issues with the order they refused to fix the issue and took our food from us. Then they told us to call for a refund. Unfortunately after hours of trying to contact this store and reading g others reviews. I belive that I wont be seeing my money for that order. They literally stole from us. They took the food and refused to give it back they refused to refund our money. They are thieves. Please don’t go here you will regret it. They are scamming people and using Wing Stop as a front to do it. They should be ashamed of themselves for putting a stain on the company with their criminal actions.

The staff needs to understand that if your on your phone and then proceed to get my order ready, not to pick up ready to eat food with your bare hands if it falls on the surface of the countertop. Got my money back immediately and will not come back.

Got the 6 piece tender for two (which costs $16) and got charged $23. Thought something was wrong when he told me that but I didn’t say anything. I also got told it didn’t come with fries (which it does), so I had to pay for extra ones. The food was alright and correct, but I don’t know what witchcraft the worker did to overcharge me by $7. Food was alright. Order through the mobile app next time

My husband and I decided to stop for lunch at the new Wingstop on Sunnyside. We were very impressed. As we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and welcomed (which is pretty uncommon these days) the staff member introduced hisself as the manager and offered us some different options for sauces and side dishes. After we gave him our order he told us how long it would take before the food would come out, he mentioned they would bring it to our table. The place was clean, with nice music to listen to. They brought our food within the alloted time, everything was hot. fresh and very good…the recommendations he gave us were soooo good!!!! We were so happy and pleased with this Wingstop, to be real we had stopped going to other Wingstops because of the lack of service, quality of food and cleanliness. Kudos to Wingstop on Sunnyside, continue to keep up the excellent work, thank you, we will be back!

No lie this spot is trash when it comes to following the request of the customer. And seasoning we brought 15 kids in after a event gave specific request on how we wanted to chicken and fries. Not only did they have to remake it but still was horrible with the seasoning and sauce. How do you make hot wings and can still see brown skin on the chicken including boneless. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else that’ll listen and make your order correctly and season or sauce it properly. Because this definitely ain’t the place. They make wing stop look horrible!!

Culture shock! Ordered a carryout family meal and expected poor service and missing items per my experience with other WS locations.
They proved me wrong. My order was set to be ready in 11 minutes, they had it ready in 8. Everything hot, fresh, and correct.

Ordered 5 PC chicken tenders with fries and drink and got my food, I looked in the bad and everything was in it but, I never checked the box. I got home and it was all boneless wings like 14 of them… I dont know how they messed that up and the boneless wings taste different from chicken tenders and the tenders have high quality. Im disappointed and I knew I should of looked before I left. People best off going to the one on east Washington or the only closer to shadland

Chaos, Lukewarm Wings, and a Missing Refund
My recent experience at this Wingstop location was exceptionally poor, characterized by managerial chaos, outright misinformation, and severely subpar food quality.
Upon arriving for my pickup order, the atmosphere was immediately tense. A manager and an employee were engaged in a loud, visible argument right near the front, which created an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable environment for waiting customers. This level of internal discord is unacceptable and sets a terrible precedent for the service that follows.
The issues continued when I was informed that they were out of fries. The manager advised that they were actively processing refunds for everyone who had ordered fries. However, this turned out to be false. Despite this assurance, I have yet to receive any refund for the missing portion of my order, indicating a fundamental failure in customer service follow-through or a deliberate misstatement.
The quality of the wings themselves was equally disappointing. They were lukewarm upon receipt, suggesting they had been sitting out for some time. Furthermore, they had absolutely no flavor, tasting flat and unseasoned. I ordered the mild sauce, which was described as “nasty” in taste and possessed zero spice—it completely missed the mark on what a mild wing sauce should be.
Overall, this visit was a complete failure across service, management, and product quality. I recommend avoiding this location until significant changes are made to staff conduct, inventory management, and food preparation standards, including following through on promised refunds

Seen this WS had finally opened. Wasn’t hungry but wanted to check them out to see if i would be using this convenient location or drive to my go to. So ordered all flats: hot honey rub and lemon pepper with fries. The fries were hot and fairly seasoned. The chicken could use more flavor and less grease. There’s nothing worse when you can’t scrape the bottom to get that extra seasoning b4 dipping in the ranch. They just opened so hopefully as the days go by, they’ll improve.
