I would consider myself a cookie connoisseur. From having crumble, insomnia, to store brand cookies, I really enjoy what Chris cookie brings to the table.
1. They’re big cookies, they’re filling, and but too sweet.
2. I enjoyed the consistency. I like a cookie that’s not too soft or cake. And these were crunchy on the edges and soft on the inside. While that may not be everyone’s preference it was def mine
3. The flavors had a lot of range and variety which I really appreciated. Everything from chocolate pecan , to pumpkin spice, and a classic chocolate chip.
I ordered 4 cookies and two ice creams as well as 2 waters for about $34. Ice cream wasn’t anything to write home about, but it did pair nicely with the cookie. There were also milk and other drink options available.
I love supporting a local business. While I’m not a local and just visiting the area. I think it makes the area unique and a good representation for the community than a big chain. I love what they do and the staff their is friendly and helpful.
Store has plenty of seating, different ways to pay, ample parking, and in general just good vibes. They stay open fairly late too if you ever want a midnight snack

This place has clean, great customer service and delicious food. My cookie was so soft and warm that it tasted like it was freshly out of the oven. The milkshake had the perfect blend of rich, creamy vanilla that flowed smoothly through my straw. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10

We had a great first visit to Cookie Chris! The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. We opted for the 12-cookie box and it was perfect for trying different flavors.
Here’s what we got:
French Toast – A little firm, but had a fun Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor.
Blueberry Crumble – Unique with nice little bursts of blueberry.
Vanilla Cupcake – My kids’ favorite! Soft and sweet.
Strawberry Cheesecake – My son loved it.
Orange Creamsicle – My mom’s favorite!
Chocolate Chip – My personal favorite—classic and not overly fancy.
My only small complaint was that they were out of three flavors when we arrived, and the display didn’t reflect that. My mom really wanted the peanut butter chocolate, but even with that, the staff still made it a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I went in and got two iced oatmeal one chocolate chip and one birthday cake I took a bite out of each of them The iced oatmeal tastes more like almond which happened to be one of their other flavors. I am not able to explain how you can mess up a chocolate chip cookie but it was bad.

Anyone that knows me knows I LOVE me a good cookie!! And Cookie Chris has some of the most amazing cookies & variety of flavorful flavors I’ve ever tasted. Originally my first visit here in December 2024 was because I heard of this young man’s story of starting his business at the age of 17 while still in high school excelling , playing sports and working all at the same time so I wanted to show some love & support. However, I purposely planned this second visit to Cookie Chris this weekend and even looked at the menu in advance before heading down from New Jersey to visit family. This second visit ( and definitely not my last ) was an even better experience! Not only did I get me a delicious 6 pack of multiple types of cookies to take back to New Jersey with me, I met Chris’s mom Fran who along with her husband run the store while Chris is away at College. AMAZING cookies, AMAZING custom service, AMAZING inspiring young man’s story and an AMAZINGLY blessed family. I will absolutely be checking their website for the new weekly flavors each time I make my monthly visits to Virginia

Like many others I really wanted to like these cookies. The owner has a great story and I enjoy supporting small businesses when I can. However, the cookies just weren’t very good. Ordered a 4 pack ($16.79 with tax). 1 lemon, 1 strawberry, 1 Easter sugar and 1 peanut butter with Reese’s. 3 of the 4 were so RAW in center that you could still taste the flour. They were not gooey as advertised, but undercooked and very oily on the bottom. ( Yes, I know the difference). They were not appetizing. One other thing to note is that the cookies had varied sizes with some being very large and others small. Need more uniformity if you are charging the same price per cookie.

I truly wish I could support this. I do try to support small/local businesses when I can. I went with an open mind and ready for sweets. I bought a 4 pack of cookies;the traditional chocolate chip, brownie, tres leche, and oatmeal chocolate chip. I literally couldn’t finish any of them. I took one bite from each and thought they tasted off. I ate dinner and tried eating one for dessert. Three bites in and I couldn’t continue. I don’t even know how to describe the taste. My husband said it tasted like dough. I said it tasted like it was made with fake sugar. Idk, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone though.
