Didn’t get any of my order right after pickup, watched him make the food and then when it was finished left it on the counter to mess with a group of people he may have been friends with so it took extra time to get the order as it just sat there and he knew we were waiting on it. I asked for chicken in my beefy 5 layer, and he gave me ground beef, but only a little bit. Then with my online order I customized my order and he gave me all jalapeño and no steak on my crunch wrap. No onions no extra cheese. Nothing I asked for. I have never had to write a review on a restaurant. I’m so sick of the terrible service. I was avoiding going to Danville. This happened 2/27/2026 around 8:00 PM.

Hard tacos were placed at the bottom with heavy food on top of them. They were so crumbled the kids had to eat with a spoon. I refused to do that so I threw mine away. Had to make a sandwich at home after spending too MUCH for horrible food

So me and my friend went through the drive thru around 1:30 pm and there was only 1 car in the drive thru and we had to sit and wait for 8 mins at the speaker. Thats fine and well I don’t really mind to wait but the older, light brown haired lady was just rude. Her attitude was so nasty and I understand if you don’t like your job but at the end of the day it’s still your job. My quesadilla was cold in the middle too the cheese wasn’t even melted like be so fr yall.

Just placed a DoorDash order and got it, it was a load of BS. My door dasher was so sweet but they told him they shut down the freeze machine when they don’t close for another hour? Imagine paying extra and not getting anything you ordered. Do better please

Always slow, drinks suck. Walked in the other day for my lunch break, no one acknowledged us or took our orders. Waited about 10 minutes. Shoild have left sooner but wanted the bell. Its most likely the shift you go in.

Changing if my previous review. We decided that after tonight we aren’t going back to this store. It’s just ridiculous. We always order online so everything is clear and somehow it’s messed up. I get that no one is perfect and we don’t expect it but if someone pays for a service the. We at least want to get what we ordered. Light ranch and light lettuce somehow turned into the photo with this review. Missing 3 items and my husband didn’t get any of the modifications he asked for. This Taco Bell needs serious work.

Waited on my order for over an hour, everything else was closed and the manager wouldn’t let me use the bathroom talking about his manager watches cameras. Felt like popping a squat behind thd restaurant. This place is the slowest restaurant in harrodsburg and probably the region.
